My first foray into Sniffspot. Sadly I got there late due to an accident/ traffic jam, and when I got there, it was a little confusing because there is a mailbox on the side of the road with the number 10 clearly marked on it on the the road indicated by the address, however it is for the road perpendicular /as it is a corner house - so now I wasted more time trying to figure out where I was supposed to be. I reached out to owner via the app. Morgan was very prompt in answering my message and letting me know her location is on the cul de sac. So we got 40 minutes . My dogs liked it. There are dog neighbors, they stay pretty far back- but be aware they are yappers. Trains went past 2 x during my stay. My dogs were only mildly surprised by it. I would come again. Property seemed maintained well. It felt like a safe environment. I would let the yappers and the trains dissuade you from checking this place out, unless your dog is ultra sensitive.

My little one loved it! He sniffed his little heart out. The yard was very clean and mowed at a good length. Very easy to find if you follow instructions. My little guy loved the area near the train track ( he preferred wood/ tall grass) train only went by once while we were there. Check prince for tick after and didn’t find any. We will definitely be coming back!

There was so much room for my guys to run around without feeling as though they had no place to run. There was so much for them to smell and look at. I don’t think they laid down for more then a few seconds before they were off on another adventure. This place is perfect for pups of all shapes and sizes!!! Also bonus for the River view!!! I brought my toddlers and they were obsessed with the stepping mechanism shooting out water for doggies! We can't wait to come back soon!!!

My dogs and I loved this spot! Very easy parking and access. The grounds were large with lots of fun things to explore, with beautiful views of the river. The train went by once, which wasn’t an issue.

This is a gem! I took 11 of my clients dogs here and they had the time of their lives!! As a dog walker it’s hard to bring dogs to a place where they can really enjoy themselves and also feel safe! This area was so awesome and the owner was so kind! This was my first time using sniff spot and it won’t be my last! I will continue to come here probably weekly! Thanks again! This was awesome!

This is our new favorite sniffspot! Yard is huge, clean and quiet. The view of the river is super nice. There are so many thoughtful features like the shaded sitting area with free water, a dog safety handbook and even password for the wifi. We also loved the bench facing the river. Morgan is super nice, she even offered us to use the kiddie pool! Can’t wait to come back!

My dog and I loved this spot! So many great amenities and a first aid kit if needed! It really felt like a big dog park just for you and your dog! tons of things for your pup to sniff and observe! We’ll 100% be back! Just to note if some have a reactive pup there is a school track bordering one fence line and a few people were sitting up near the fence during our visit!

Our lab had the best time running around and being a dog! He sniffed the lovely sensory garden, felt super accomplished by jumping the jump equipment and running the ramps, ran through the tunnel, chased some butterflies, and laid in the shade. He had the best day! Thank you so much for providing such a fantastic space for dogs. The thoughtful addition of a binder on how to care for and provide fulfilling play for your dog was very informational and appreciated. Loved having the gazebo to get some cover from the sun as well as the citronella candle and bottled waters. We brought our own water but thought it was really nice. What a peaceful and safe place for our dog to play and explore. Thank you so much!

A lot of effort was put into making this a very welcoming Sniffspot area. It was wonderful to have 2 acres for unleashed playtime! There are a couple of places to sit in the shade and plenty of room for running, playing, and exploring. There is a binder full of very helpful information about dog behavior and what to do for emergencies. We had plenty of water available. Rusty had a good time andI plan on visiting the spot again in the future!
