I have grassy yard that dogs love to do the zoomies in and play fetch! The double-lot has fencing all around, including privacy hedges. There’s a dirt digging corner under the shady tree. We’ve never had a problem with fleas or ticks in the yard. There’s various seating options for you and your four-legged friends. There are poop bags and a green trash bin available. There are dog toys, a dog training cot, and two umbrellas. You’re welcome to use the hose to fill the water bowl and fill the kiddie pool. There’s free, shaded parking on the street and private entrance to the yard.

My yard is full of positive energy, everything is growing and glowing! The best part is the spacious yard with plenty of seats and different activities for your pup and you with plenty of water💦 Not to mention the parking is free and plenty of room for it. Neighborhood is quiet and my backyard is safe from the noise. There’s a dart 🎯 board, a treadmill bicycle 🚲, Television, snacks, drinks, yoga mats, and a garden to explore. There’s plenty of shade but also plenty of sun bathe spots for your pup 🐶

One is the pool area with a tiki hut, 2 is a covered area with a koi pond view for relaxing or taking shelter due to rain or heat and the 3rd area is the most popular, mostly grass area for playing fetch with your furry friend and for dogs to do their necessities. Spacious parking located directly in front of the property with gate access on either side of side.
