We live in a safe, quiet area and our yard is well lit at night - perfect for dog visitors later in the evening. We have lots of dog toys, fresh water , comfortable seating for humans - a great place to chill for an hour while your dogs get their sniffs on! Please remember not to go into the playhouse , as there are probably spiders or other critters. Large area 1.69 acres of land, not all grassy, during the summer it’s dried out, and there are some foxtails and burs. I also allow for dogs to dig, so please watch your step. Hi! My husband and I have a home on a third of acre on a small quiet cul-de-sac in the hills of La Mesa. The backyard is very large and is terraced, so it’s great for exercising dogs or sniffing around (lots of great smells). There are also many fruit trees you are welcome to (orange, grapefruit, lime, lemon, and fig). We also have a pergola with 4 chairs and a fire pit. Lots of shade is provided by our pecan and jacaranda trees most of the year. The backyard ground is a mixture of brick pavers, gravel, and mulch. We have several hoses throughout the yard that you’re welcome to use as much as you want. There is an empty koi pond that can be used as a splash pool for dogs too with our hoses. We also have outdoor electrical outlets and strong WiFi if needed. It’s a hillside home so there are great views of Mt. Helix and even the ocean on clear days. It’s a wonderful quiet place to relax and enjoy the outdoors!

Welcome to our fully fenced area! We have lots of shade under the tree and patio. There is street parking available and side gate access. Access to sprinklers is available as well. There is no visibility to the neighbors’ backyards or into our house, so you’ll have privacy. There is a good sized digging area available in the back corner by the tree- where there is dirt and leaves instead of grass. The main light at night is a motion sensor, so walk towards the patio if it happens to turn off. Any other questions, feel free to reach out!
