Clean and spacious yard on a hill with toys and water for pup. We had a great time with lots of room to play fetch with a chuck it. My pup likes to run a lot and so this was a perfect place for him. He enjoyed the doggy bed to rest and the large containers he could jump on and slide off of. Water was provided which was nice. Easy place to park next to the gate. No distractions from neighbors aside from horse sounds from a nearby ranch but didn't bother us at all. My pup had so much fun He didn't want to leave. Hope we can come back when the weather is warmer and not so muddy.

Definitely plan on coming back, beautiful peaceful area, very clean, a lot of toys and balls water and bowls for dogs poop bags, really has everything you need. My dogs had a blast! 10/10

Good space, clean, well stocked with balls/toys, fresh water, and more. Secure fence. My dog loved watching and listening to nearby animals (horses, peacocks, rooster, etc). We’ll be back!

Saskia had a blast! She had plenty of room to run and play ball, and she was very curious about all the animal noises. There was a lot of mud, but the owner was kind enough to message me beforehand warning me, so I brought a towel. My poor little sedan did almost get stuck in mud trying to park but I got myself out lol. Anyways, we'll definitely be back!

This property is gorgeous, spacious, and safely enclosed. A perfect place for my babies to run free! I will absolutely be returning soon. Don’t use GPS to try to get there (it took me the wrong way) the directions given by the owners are very simple and road signs are highly visible. 10/10 would recommend!

Great place to introduce my urban pup to visually view and audibly hear horses and goats, but at a safe distance (across the street and neighboring property, but well over 50ft). The distance was enough that he was able to remain curious, but under threshold. I was able to reward for his calm(er) interactions and reorienting to me and he was able to ignore them while we played in the space. Great place for my stressy pup to decompress and sniff around the yard which was still nice and green from all our rains. We'll be back. Lovely space. Thank you!

Rae had an amazing first visit! We recently rescued her and weren't sure how she would do with off-leash recall. This was the PERFECT place to work on those skills, play with toys, explore, and rest. Much better place to foster bonding compared to the dog park, which can be overstimulating. Rae was over the moon. We hope to come back regularly!

This was my first and Lina’s first Sniffspot. I think its actually the first time she has been off leash except for a 10 minute stop in a dog park. #349 K9 Farm is a big spot with a lot for Dogs to do. It is well stocked with water, toys and seats for humans. We enjoyed our time.

Love this place and so do the 3 dogs. I for sure will be back. Only thing of note is the WiFi does not appear to work which is fine with me. It’s a beautiful setting and I’m happy to be off grid for an hour.

LOVE this spot! My dogs have such a blast every time. The hosts have done such a lovely job setting this place up to truly be your personal dog park. You can really tell how much time and effort they spend setting up and maintaining this spot. 10 stars if I could!

We really enjoyed this Sniffspot! The dogs had lots of space to explored and run around. The space was clean, and had water and toys to play with. It was quite muddy right now due to the rain. Definitely want to go back again!

Large fenced in field, there’s livestock nearby but not adjacent to the fence. Nice shade set up with chairs and a couch to relax while your pup explores.

This sniffspot continues to be one of our favorites! It is spacious and has lots of nice touches for the dogs (poop bags, toys, water, agility equipment) and for the humans (outdoor furniture to sit on and a shade canopy). It is so peaceful to look around at the hills and wildlife, listen to the horses and roosters, and enjoy some quality time with our dog! The hosts are extremely kind and accommodating. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Very well maintained space with a wonderful assortment of supplies and dog toys. Very spacious for dogs to really romp around. There’s even a nice human hangout space with shade covering. Remember to read (and follow) direction instructions that 349K9 Farm has written out. Ignore google maps when it tells you to turn on Rancho La Boca Rd.
