It’s all here! 🏔️🏔️🏔️ This beautiful 7 acres is fully fenced in with 4ft fencing. There is also a designated 2500sq/ft 9ft-high fenced area on the property you’re welcome to utilize if your dog is an avid jumper or for training. This gorgeous property boasts mature Ponderosas, rolling hills, grassy areas & much more! It is suggested that you survey the property with your doggo on leash until you get familiar with the area. There is a dug out water area that freezes over in Winter and gets a bit muddy in Spring/Summer. You're welcome to get your doggo a drink, or rinse your doggo off @ the well head spigot near the house. Pics attached to your review are GREATLY appreciated! All Breed Rescue & Training is a non-profit organization that helps dogs that were deemed unadoptable for whatever reason and were facing euthanasia. We are also a Training Facility where people can learn to train their pups! We teach anything from Basic Obedience and Puppy socialization classes to more Advanced classes and even some fun classes like Nose Work. We also offer behavior training to help those who have dogs that struggle with behavioral issues. The Canine Lifestyle Center (CLC) A tenth of an acre is perfect for agility or for an indoor place to run and play, away from distractions, and with a private bathroom you won't need to leave the space well here! Training Room West This space is smaller and less private but a great space for those with people loving dogs or those wanting to work on their pup's training privately who may lose focus on you when others are around! Behavior Room This space is a similar size to our Training Room West but is a private space with its own entrance and easy access to the front office if you need to use the bathroom or have a question! This space is climate-controlled and a nice space to play or practice with a small agility course or even introduce your pup to new games such as Nose Work! No One will enter the room you book unless you specifically ask for someone to come in. You will have the space completely to yourself until your booked time is over. Please let us know what space you would like to use when booking by adding your room choice to the "add a note to your host" and stating Canine Lifestyle Center, Training Room West, or Behavior Room. You may also request any amenities we offer to be in that space before you arrive. This is my third review because me and my dog Captain LOVE this place and Jessica is such a great host. Loved having the pool available for the hot summer days! He loves the water even though his big hurt can’t fit in the pool lol. Get the membership if you don’t, it’s worth it!

Great spot! My dogs loved running through the tall grass and sloshing through the pond. One of my dogs found some dog poop and rolled in it. Bad manners on his part. Other than that, we were all happy with our visit!

It was beautiful and fun to romp around. There were a lot of barking dogs at the fence by the horse property, so may not be a good off-leash area for training reactive dogs. With a long lead it was still a lot of fun running through the tall grasses and flowers. Might also be important to know that if you have a dog that would be inclined to escape, the space under the gate would probably let them wriggle out.
