There is a SniffSpot Sign at the entrance. You may park in the private driveway. [Trail Update April 19]: The recent ice storm had a devastating impact on the trails. The trails south of the river will remain closed as we continue to clean up the trails. Some new trails will be made and some old trails will be eliminated. Please be patient with us as we update the maps and clear the debris from the trails. And as usual, be prepared for mud and water as it is spring time! Rainboots are a must! Please pick up after your dog, there is a waste bin at the entrance. Please help yourself to a laminated map at the entrance and return after your walk. So we created our own little backyard heaven for them and would love to share it with others ! Whether it be your dog needs lots of space to run, or prefers to take it slow and sniff around, maybe they are a bit shy or reactive to other dogs/people, our backyard is the perfect space for them to relax, feel safe and explore on their own terms! Lakes in Ontario are often full of high levels of 🦠 bacteria, which can be harmful to pets, don’t risk it, stay safe by bringing them to the pool ☺️ We do have 5 dogs, so you may hear some barking from inside, but there will be NO visible or personal contact from our dogs. Pool- if you would like to use the pool with your dog, we would be happy to have you come kick back and relax 😎 This is an additional fee per person per hour and must be booked in the “extra” section when booking in your dog(s) We will provide a towel and float for you! 🥰 4 people max, and for 2 hours max. (longer bookings can be accommodated please message to book) No children under 3 in the pool please. No alcohol permitted on the property. There is free street parking either on our street or the side street beside us ✨We don’t supply life jackets for dogs/humans. So if you or your pet is unsure about swimming it is recommended to bring one. ✨ We donate 10% of all profits to a dog rescue that is near and dear to our heart! They also take 22% off the top from us. We looked at a local kennel close to us with a pool, and seen they charge $20 for 20 minutes. So total it would be $60 for an hour. Plus there are lots of other dogs at the facility which doesn’t work well if you have a reactive dog. We on the other hand are 100% private just for you, and our prices are per hour not just 20 minutes. We wanted to price ourselves as fairly as we could to cover our cost, while still staying as cheap as we could for your pet! 🥰 Safety note- You are fully responsible and liable for your personal safety, your kids safety, and your dogs Safety while in the pool and/or on the property and by booking you acknowledged this and have agreed to this. 30 MINUTE VISITS AVAILABLE FOR 25%OFF I have been providing kind, professional in-home boarding for dogs in my home for over 15 years. After too many scary calls at local dog parks with my clients babies, I decided to build my own "dog paddock" so we could all stay home and have fun and be safe. Just over 1/2 acre of grassy rolling land with a great sand pit for digging. Natural obstacles and toys in the warmer weather. Located conveniently right on Highway 12 just south of Greenbank between Uxbridge and Port Perry. Only about 12 minutes from Brooklin, 17 minutes to Whitby and 12 minutes from Sunderland I also have an INDOOR sand arena available for anyone that needs indoor training space. ALSO it shows spots not available until 11am BUT contact if you want earlier visit - I can do earlier but there may be horses visible to your dog. Path around the pond and into the back of the property where there is woods. The back of the property is less maintained and it is only recommended to go back there if you wish to explore and are sure to be safe with your dog on leash, just because the previous owners of the property left some car debris back there that may be harmful to dogs if they are not careful. We take our three Chihuahuas here all the time with no issues. We’ve taken them to the back as well, but usually just stay to the maintained area around the pond. People have heard coyotes and seen coyote trails on the property so if you have a small dog, it is recommended to be on leash just in case. Pond is great for dogs to swim, relatively clean water that our dogs and ourselves swim in. Pond also has an island in the middle, which makes for a cool place for dogs to swim to.

Lights at night can be turned on by plugging in the string of lights on the deck behind the table. Dog toys can be found in a container on the deck. This open and hilly lot provides plenty of space for off-leash fun, with a mix of shaded areas, covered seating for owners, and wide-open spaces for high-energy pups to stretch their legs. Located on a quiet street with easy parking, this spot offers a peaceful escape without distractions. While my chickens are fenced in and separate from the play area, please keep that in mind for dogs with strong prey drives. Perfect for dogs who love to roam, sniff, and relax in a safe, secure environment. Come enjoy the fresh air and let your pup run free!
