Our spot is located right across the road from the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh! We have 1/4 acre fenced in backyard with regularly trimmed grass. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. The hill is great for tiring out your pup! It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas. Fully fenced, secure and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy sniffing and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The large in ground pool is uncovered, but not swimmable yet. The fencing between the yard and pool is not 100% secure, just keep an eye on your pups. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. Whether you want to sit in the shade or play in the sun, there are multiple seating areas. Driveway and Street parking with easy access to the spot. The pool will reopen on Memorial Day. It’s a bit chilly now, fine for the doggies, but probably a little too cold for humans. We plan to put the heater on starting June 1.

This private dog sanctuary, complete with all the amenities you could ask for, is nestled between the Bronx River Parkway and Hutchinson River Parkway in Scarsdale. The Scarsdale Puppy Palace is completely private and is an ideally located quarter acre, fully fenced in and gated dog park, and is the perfect location for you and your fur baby.
