Lovely property for dogs to run and explore. Mostly flat and level with full sun exposure. There are some nice trees along the road (east) side of the property and a pergola near the middle to provide some shade when needed.

Once again a great time at Rover’s Ranch Run. Our dogs always have a fabulous time. One of the Corgis got a little overheated from fetching balls. It was quite warm. A little water and rest and all is well. Cannot recommend this SniffSpot enough!!

It is "weed seed" season, and there are plenty in this open field, even though it is well mowed. But, it is worth a bit of extra brushing to enjoy the dog's run and play. The addition of even more chairs for us humans is nice too! We'll be back!

It is a great place; it is big, clean, and has a shaded sitting area. Parking is easy. My only concern was the proximity to the horses. The fence was wide enough for my dog to put her head through and smell the horse, and I was worried she would bite the horse. Nothing happened, but I kept my dog on a long leash out of caution.

This is a wonderful spot to take your dog. It is spacious, well taken care and the owners care. Our dog love it so much we had trouble getting him to leave!

Clean, wide open space with plenty of room for 2 German Shepherds to run around. Love the covered seating area and the extra dog toys!

Everything was wonderful! There are horses close by with a shared fence, but they didn’t mind our 3 large dogs and our dogs didn’t mind them at all. It was easy to follow the directions and had a nice sitting area. Water bowl were there as well as some toys (including the largest tennis ball that one of our boys absolutely loved). Will visit again!

It's become our favorite Sniffspot, mostly because of all the space! Today, my dog Regalito had his best time ever in pursuit of his ball; this particular one bounces so hard that, when launched from a Chuck-It, it went almost the full length of the 150-yard field! Regalito was breathless after just 40 minutes. Easy access and great facilities; water, shade, toys, seating, etc. Many thanks!

We went with our 2 dogs to Rover's Ranch Run yesterday and they had a fabulous time as every time before. Even though just 2 dogs now 😥 it's still the best Sniffspot location in the county !!! Thanks Leigh for another great visit !!

What a great spot! Our dog loved all the sniffs and the spot was very clean with shaded spots for humans to sit and enjoy the scenery. The owners are lovely and the nearby horses were a plus to get our dog accustomed to new animals. We will be back for sure!
