They will be out and new pictures will be loaded by April 1, 2023. I have a fully fenced (dug chain link and chicken wire with gate blockers) .5 of an acre in beautiful Courtenay BC. We are right across from Nymph Falls and back onto a woodlot as well. The person is welcome to use the four acres not fully fenced right next to the fenced area if they wish as well. There will be no other people or dogs in that area. Thanks!

We needed a safe space to practice recall and off leash walking with our pups. Everything was great and lots of areas to let the dogs explore. I also really liked the areas with benches and that were a bit more enclosed so I could practice with the off leash. Really great spot and the host was really nice. Beautiful and relaxing spot to let the dogs have fun exploring. I also really liked that there wasn’t anything close by like people or other animals that my reactive pup would notice. Great spot over all! Also has outhouses that were really nice in case you stay for awhile. The dogs also liked the little creek to cool off in.

Our second visit in about a week. We had more time and loved every minute, exploring more paths and trails. Even got some great family pictures while we were visiting. I'm telling everyone I know to go check it out. Totally worth it, even if you have a small drive to get there.

This is such a great sniffspot! Grace was so kind in welcoming us and providing helpful things like water for the dogs, hand sanitizer, and toys. She even gave some cookies for the humans and a biscuit for the dog! The land is pretty cool to explore and our dog loved the creek. Our dog doesn't have reliable recall and so we had to keep her on a long lead. Overall, a great experience!

This was a great place to let our pups run and it was nice and shaded in some places with lots of places to sit and watch the dogs run! It is totally fenced which was really nice because we have little dogs! The creek is a real treat too…The water is fresh and clean as the camp loves to swim and play in the water! The host is so sweet and kind! We really enjoyed meeting with Grace! She is AWESOME!

This was our first experience with sniff spot and it was wonderful. The hosts were very friendly and greeted us to explain how to get the dogs to the fenced area. There were toys for the dogs, but they had so much fun running the trails and playing in the creek, no toys were needed. We got in a decent hike ourselves chasing the dogs. We will definitely be back.

Grace and their family property far exceeded our expectations. From first impressions of sanitation station, sign welcoming us by name, and Grace graciously greeting us to the amazing trails filled with amazing sniffs, bird calls, Turkey sounds, and the babbling creeks. Returning to our car to find a treat for our pup and for ourselves was icing on the cake. This location is amazing. I’ve already booked follow ups so I don’t miss out on this popular Sniffspot.

Fantastic property! Grace was so very nice and welcoming both when we arrived and when we were leaving. Loved the welcome sign and goodies and we only booked that day! Our dogs had so much fun! It felt like our own private park, and so cool there’s a little creek which was nice on such a hot day. Definitely will be returning very very soon!

What a beautiful place! The pups had a great time romping up and down the "mountain" and cooling off in the creek. Grace greeted us upon arrival and was so nice. She had lots of supplies available (from poop bags, to sanitizer, to toys) and even had a little sign made up greeting us. My one dog did sneak back up to the front part of the property at one point but the fencing was quite secure. My only caution would be that if you have a visually impaired pup as i do, or one the runs without looking, to keep a lead on as there are a few steep areas they can stumble down- although the landing would be fairly soft. Bottom line: clean, welcoming, safe and a beautiful chunk of the PNW. Thank you!

Grace is a kind and welcoming host. She’s thought of all the little details including human/dog treats, water, poop bags, and even a personalized sign for our visit! My pup wore himself out exploring the forest and creek. We will definitely be back.

This was our first time using sniff spot, and all others will now have A LOT to live up to! This place was AMAZING. Grace greeted us when we got there, with a personalized sign for our party, balls for the pups, water, hand sani, and a chuck-it stick. She gave us all the details and then left us to frollock - and frollock we did! The spot was awesome - so many little trails through the woods, lush grass, beautiful ferns. Little pockets of meadows that the pups had fun running around in. The space felt big but not too big that your dog wouldn’t be able to hear you if they wandered off. And totally fenced! The creek running through was a nice meeting spot for cooling down in - my dog got zoomies in it, haha. There are some goats and a horse in a fenced area that your dogs can go up and say hi to - my dog stuck his nose through and booped noses with one of them! Ha! He had never met one before! And when we got back to our car there was a little bag with treats for the pups and humans. 20/10 sniff spot, We will be back!
