They will be out and new pictures will be loaded by April 1, 2023. I have a fully fenced (dug chain link and chicken wire with gate blockers) .5 of an acre in beautiful Courtenay BC. We are right across from Nymph Falls and back onto a woodlot as well. The person is welcome to use the four acres not fully fenced right next to the fenced area if they wish as well. Welcome to Southview House in the Trent River Estates! Let your doggo run completely free in our half acre fully fenced, natural grounds on a 1.25 acre modern, eco homestead in rural Royston. We use no pesticides, sprays or fertilizers as our lawn is wild and bee and butterfly friendly. Bunnies, raccoons and local kitties (sometimes bears and cougars) roam at night so there will be lots to smell! Large trees for shade and sniffing around in, rugged romping areas, fresh filtered drinking water, small toys (ball, frisbee etc.), digging area, clean up bags and waste basket, doggy rinse area, and of course all natural treats! We often have eagles flying overhead with song birds and even blue herons. There is seating in the shade or sun for humans and private gated entrance at the side of the house with parking. This was a wonderful spot with lots of space for pups to roam around, run, and sniff. There is plenty of seating for humans as well, not to mention seltzer in the mini fridge! Highly recommend this spot. FYI we heard two (separate) small dogs bark from either side of the yard. They were not visible at all, and their little barks were not intimidating or aggressive, but fyi for pups who struggle with reactivity.

Responsive and friendly! Would come again :) The south entrance of the fence had a gap on the bottom, small enough to conceal most dogs but my 4lb Maltipoo could definitely squeeze under if she tried. I don’t anticipate this problem for normal sized dogs haha

This is an awesome space! Fairly big area to run and nice seating! My puppy loved exploring both levels! We also had a lot of fun playing hide and seek with the toys! We had a blast! The only thing I would note is that I am fairly short (5’2”) and had trouble reaching the latch on the outside of the door to exit the Sniffspot.

Raj’s yard is gorgeous and my small dog had a blast sniffing all around, in bushes, along the tree lines, etc. There was fresh water out and no distractions. We had a great hour of playing ball! We will be back.

Lovely space within the city of Seattle. Close to Carkeek Park. The whole yard is fenced from the front where the entrance is next off the street and to the back alley. Some of the fences are pretty short so if you have a jumper be careful. My dog is reactive to speeding cars and at one point a car went by and he ran from the backyard to the front yard to watch it. The street is pretty quiet and this was the only car he reacted to. I'm glad the front gate was latched, and no mail or delivery person opened it. Overall this was a good place to meet another dog, smells and play.

55I recently visited Linda's Fully Fenced Arena for Dogs through Sniffspot.com and had a great experience overall. Linda was incredibly communicative and welcoming, making the booking process smooth and enjoyable. The area is a large covered horse riding arena, perfect for use in any weather condition. Pet owners should be aware, however, that their furbabies may be able to sneak out of the arena if not carefully monitored. While the host has covered the bottom spacing between the walls and the ground with chicken wire, it can be an easy obstacle to overcome depending on one's dog breed and size. During my visit, my girl caught sight of something (she LOVES squirrels) and was eager to seek out whatever it was. If I hadn't been paying attention, it's possible she would have freed herself from the arena. The arena also includes a table, pooper scooper, and trash bin, which were convenient amenities to have on hand. One drawback was that the gate was difficult to open and re-secure, and like many older wooden gates, the two sides didn't line up properly. Additionally, parking may be a challenge depending on the type of vehicle you drive. Parking in the incorrect spot could block both the host and other owners sharing the driveway. Despite these minor issues, the enclosed arena provides lots of room for dogs to play and run freely. My girl was more excited about the new scents than getting a chance to play, but I appreciated the space nonetheless. Plus, the price point was more than ideal. The yard was very secure with high fences all around and no places for escape. It’s a multi-level yard with a patio on the first level and the big grassy lawn on the second, separated by bushes/small trees; the only minor inconvenience for me was this leveling made it slightly hard to watch my dogs when they went to the other level. There were also a variety of dog toys available along with water for dogs and for people. The house/yard was easy to find and access. The neighborhood was quiet with just a few dogs heard barking infrequently from a few houses over. I would return here with my two dogs!
