Important - All prices and charges are in USD We are on a 44-acre property fenced by barbed wire. Vast rolling Hills and grassland for you to explore and for your pup to sniff. There is a pond that is occasionally filled with water. We have access to a hose for water. There is a road in the middle of the property connecting a business and our home with very occasional vehicles. Lots of space for you to avoid the road as well as like 30 acres in the back where you can be uninterrupted. Great views of knutsford. Can be quite windy at times but is nice on hot summer days. This is private property and you will be guaranteed not to run into other dogs and people.

This was our second visit. Once again, great spot! Very quiet, no distractions for my reactive dog. The owner graciously kept her dog in the house. Toys, water, kiddie pool, chairs, shade, sun, lots of smells! I highly recommend!

Directions and access is so easy, nice quiet spot. It is probably best for fetch and running, as it is grassy, level, and cleared. My doggy likes to sniff for critters, and there is not a trace there. Really interesting new business- with many possibilities for us doggy folks.

A great open field for long leash work! The other farm animals are visible if you approach one side of the enclosure, which allows for great practice if you’re training your dog to ignore critters/distractions. We will be back!

Very beautiful property that was peaceful. Kathleen was so very kind, helpful, and understanding. My dog is my everything, but not always the best behaved!, and Kathleen was so patient and accepting of her. As she said, it is a stress free zone! Her adorable donkey came over to the fence while we were there, and though my dog barked at her, she was so sweet and well-behaved that she just stood there, and my dog had nothing to bark at! There were three doggie pools set up, which was a wonderful surprise! I love that the area is fully fenced in so I could walk with my dog, or sit in the shade, and let her explore the entire acre and swim without having to worry.

Love this spot. My pup was so thrilled to be there. He loved interacting with the other animals there. He was so excited, he never even paid any attention to seeing the neighbor’s barking dog. It was a great opportunity to work on his reactivity with the other dog visible a couple pastures away. Host was lovely, kind and receptive to our needs. Oh how I love this spot! A lovely and welcoming host, a well fenced and secure space. Top that all off with several kiddie pools for the dogs, friendly farm animals next to the spot (horses, goats, donkeys, and more) and super comfy seating. This place truly has it all and is a pleasure to visit!!

The spot is so fun! Not only is it a beautiful piece of land for the dogs to play with pools and plenty of shade, but there’s also several farm animals right next-door that can interact with the dogs through the fence or if you have children. It was like a mini petting zoo for my daughter! My dogs are not farm animal savvy, but the animals are dog savvy so it worked out great! It was a good learning experience for my dogs.
