Our neighborhood home is located off of a cul-de-sac. The fully fenced 2 acres back yard is wooded with various trails throughout the property. We have 2 dogs, a cat, and an indoor/outdoor pig so there are plenty of smells to go around! All animals will be inside during times that are booked. Guests are welcome to utilize our fire pit, picnic table, and hammock for a relaxing stay!

Gate entrance is to the left of the garage. You are able to park along the road or in the driveway. Please be mindful not to block any vehicles in & we will do the same. Feel free to sit and relax on the patio or by the fire pit. You are able to move the plastic chairs around as needed! We have tall trees, so there is plenty of shade. 💧 There is a hose on the larger patio if you need to fill the water bowl. 🚮 We have a small trash can located by the shed or you can use the big one outside of our garage.

Nice fenced in backyard for furry friends to run around. Plenty of sticks and dog toys on hand at all times. Hose, sprinkler available if desired. Basic amenities provided as needed, our 3 lab mix dogs are social and friendly if you are looking for socialization and we are available. Otherwise, they will remain inside during visits.

Felicia's Farmette is located at the end of a private neighborhood. The yard is secured by a farm gate, is pesticide, and chemical free for the safety of all 🐕. There is plenty of space for multiple vehicles to park to accommodate large pup parties🙂.

The Burton Family Farm is a family-owned, 49-acre farm. It’s open, clear land, with a 3 acre pond, a beautiful spot in Holly Corner. Someone is at home, on the property, 24 hours a day. Easy to get to, we are located right off route 17 & 5 miles from 95, right behind Stafford Lakes. My family has lived in Holly Corner since the 1800s, it is safe and quiet. Come enjoy the fresh air, beautiful view, relaxing farm with your dog or dogs!

Private time with your pup on 55 acres in a convenient location! This unique forest / farm has creeks and old growth forest and fields full of wildflowers and wildlife.

Come hangout in Reptar's backyard! With the hot weather upon us, we invite your dogs to enjoy our fully-fenced backyard with private lake access to swim. We offer shade for our guests, both from the trees and a pop up tent down by the lake. We also have a dog-kiddie pool for them to splash around in or rinse off after their dip in the lake. We provide outside toys, doggie waste bags, treats, towels and drinking water for our furry guests. We are even working on an agility course for some extra fun. Lots of wildlife to enjoy, you may even help us find more baby turtles during your stay! All dogs are welcome!

Our spot is 10 acres of open flat land with a large farm pond. It's perfect for dogs that love to swim, play long distance fetch, or just run in open space. We provide a large selection of toys, 30ft floating leash, extra poop bags, and a dedicated waste bin. There is also a dog wash station, towels, and a force dryer, so you won't have to take home a wet, dirty dog. --- Don't see a time available through the app? Animal Friends' Pampered Paws is your pet's country home away from home and perfectly situated on acres of scenic farmland in Bealeton VA. We offer a fun stimulating environment where your pets can run in the sun, nap in the shade, play with friends and splash in the pool within our spacious indoor and outdoor daycare spaces. We have group play and private field rental as well.

Welcome to Greek Lake Acres! We are located in Stephens City and we have 23 acres in total. About 5 acres are open grassy fields with an acre sized pond for swimming in the middle, surrounded by wooded complete with a few trails. Feel free to message me after booking for directions- GPS can sometimes try to take you through Lake Fredrick and you can NOT get to us from there. The lake is "swim at your own risk" as we do not have a life guard on duty. The water edge slopes so you can come out with ease. There is NO FISHING permitted in the pond. Again, there is no lifeguard on duty, dogs swim at the responsibility/risk of their owner Picnic tables are available near the waters edge and also in the trees next to the pond for shade. On the picnic table we have some floating toys for retrieving and also some sanitary bags if you need any. We are pesticide and fertilizer free, so please make sure you have tick/flea preventative because ticks love the woods! We are not fenced in, so recall is very important. The neighbors do have dogs, some wander so friendliness is important. We have chickens to live in their coop, who will remain safe in their coop during your visit. The property does have an abundance of wild life, including but not limited to deer, turkey, geese, ducks, squirrels and fox, but they do not stay around humans or dogs. There is a hose to wash off and drink from. (On the house next to the camper) Parking is on the lake side driveway near the green sign (see photos) Please note we are often outside enjoying our property as well. If you look at the photos, we typically stay in the “red X” area. If we have guests, our dogs are secured in the house. We can’t wait to see you!

6' high Privacy fenced-in back yard with luscious grass and plenty of trees to mark. Quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Relatively flat ground and evergreen trees lining the fence for complete privacy. We have recently upgraded to a bigger patio with many seating areas for the pet owners as well.

GG’s Funny Farm is a 2 acre family farm that makes an enchanting dog park with goats and chickens for your entertainment. Campfires with S’mores are available with a reservation and added fee. Come and enjoy this quiet and shady spot with your friends and family.

Hello! My name is Katie and we are so excited to offer our yard space to your furry best friend. My family has lived in an apartment the last two years while house hunting in Crozet, and we have learned how difficult it is to have dogs without access to a yard. Now that we are settling into our new home, we are excited to offer our space for afternoon fetch, morning zoomies, and just lounging in the sunshine. Animals just make the world a better place. You will always have complimentary access to our hammock and swing gazebo. Please refrain from using the kids play equipment! Come enjoy some nature time in our yard in Crozet. :) Arrival Notes: When you arrive you can park anywhere on our gravel driveway. The gate to the right of the house that goes into our garden is where you will enter. This “holding” area in the garden gives you a chance to triple check there are no lingering guests or animals in the yard. Once you are in our backyard please shut the gate behind you. Most guests enjoy hanging out in the firepit area where there are hammock swings and seating. Along the fence, you will see a spot for water, toys, and other things I thought you may need. We ask that guests not utilize our small deck near the house, so that our dogs don’t bark and disturb their stay! So far all of our guests have come a second time, so if you end up booking again, I’d love any feedback on how to make your visit extra special. We have a spacious, secure private fenced and peaceful yard, in a quiet and dog friendly neighborhood. Easy parking on the street outside the house, and a side entry gate.  Our yard has sunny areas, as well as plenty of trees providing natural shade and much needed coolness during those hot humid summer days.  A natural wooded yard that borders a county park on one side, with a 6ft wooden fence all the way around the property, and a side entry gate.  Completely pesticide/herbicide/fertilizer free yard!  Our ground cover is soft playground wood chips, soft for all pup paws, specifically designed to be comfortable for all kinds of furbabies!  We are open during rainy weather too for those of you with rain loving pups!  The overhangs, patio umbrella and tree coverage keep paw parents dry too!  Added bonuses, the chips dry quickly, there's no mud or slippery grass.  Plus the playground chips are a natural tick repellent.  A fresh thick layer of mulch added late April! You can also enjoy a deck with a patio table, cushioned chairs and lawn chair seating.  We also provide poop bags, doggie wipes and towels, extra dog water bowls, outdoor spigot with hose for water bowl refills or hose play, elevated feeders for the pups who cannot bend down very well to drink and a few refreshments for humans too! Endless amounts of smells and sniffing opportunities from all the local wildlife that frequent our yard.  Good space for running, playing chase, frisbee, tennis ball, chuck it, soccer ball action for the energetic pups, and plenty of space for meandering, or just lounging around under the shade or in sun spots for the more mature pups!  The public park next to us has several wooded trails, so if your pup has any energy left, it is a nice park to walk. Memberships are available for this spot, benefits include member only or priority hours during the cooler hours in the mornings and evenings in the hotter weather and shorter advanced booking times.
