To those who might not be up to that walk again, or you feel your dog isn't getting to "run". I have approximately a quarter acre, fully fenced in, well maintained yard. I have a 12 lb. dog. I don't use fertilizer or pesticides in the yard as we feed the local the critters. Plenty of birds, squirrels to chase, occasional rabbit. Outdoor Water available. Digging area (10'x10', Sand) Padded seating is available as well as shade. Sniff Spot Private parking directly in front of gate. Please keep animals leashed until safely inside gated/fenced area.

15 acres completely fenced in with a large pond (approximately 4 acres), and a stream. The pond is spring fed with fish and other aquatic wildlife. Dogs are welcome to swim in the pond or splash in the stream. The property also features an 18 hole private disc golf course and an option to fish. The pond is stocked with bluegill, sunfish, and large mouth bass (possibly others).

This spot was developed as a starting pen for beagles. Brush piles, food plots, and secure cover were established for rabbits. Elevated observation decks (use at your own risk) were built for dog owners to observe their dog working a running rabbit. This spot is designed for beagle use but is multi use for all breeds of dogs. This spot is located in the "country" with easy parking and access. There are very few distractions which allows you the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful experience on mowed trails with plenty of area to investigate, and plenty of scents to stimulate your dogs sniffer.

Northern Tail Dog Park in East Lansing, Michigan is an unfenced off-leash park open daily from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting, wear a collar, and be at least 4 months old. No more than two dogs per person are allowed, and children under 9 are prohibited while those between 9 and 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Hello! We are recent transplants to Jackson and already love it here. We are also new to sniffspot but love animals and would to have you let yours run free on our property. We have 5 acres open for you and your pet to experience. We have also recently cut a trail through our field and forest that makes for a nice hike with a medium amount of strenuousness. 3 laps is about a mile. You are welcome to go almost anywhere on the property. The tree line is a good guide as far as how wide the property extends. Parking: You can park anywhere in front of the garage or if comfortable, drive past the garage and park in the field (see pictures). If you need to pull onto the grass to turn around that is fine. The Barn: For safety reasons, please stay out of the barn. There are open steps in the barn and don’t want anyone hurt. Thank you. We do have some neighbor dogs that bark quite a bit but once you go past the garage, they will stop. Our house comes up quickly, so check the pictures for a picture of the front of our house.

We provide poo bags, trash, and a bowl if you bring water. Please pick up after your babies. Take the easement down from the cul de sac and parking is to the left of gate in yard. Enjoy a beautiful walk on a network of trails that traverse rolling hills in and out of the forest. At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you.
