1 acre is mowed, which leads to a bridge that goes across the creek where the trails begin. My dogs love the trails SOOOO much to sniff out! I have a very playful little guy, so if your pup loves to play, let me know, and we can let them tire each other out!!!

Fully fenced in yard with access to water and toys! There are dogs located on all 3 sides of our house. There is a stamped patio with lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs, furniture, pergola that provides shade and a table. Welcome to our little slice of heaven! Daisy farm is our nearly 2 acre farm where animals are always welcome to play! We personally have 2 Shepski puppers (Cerby and TT), a few barn kitties, American Chinchilla rabbits and flemish giant rabbits, a duck, Chickens, Turkeys, a yellow headed Amazon parrot, a blue fronted Amazon, a blue and gold macaw, a musk snapping turtle with an array of fish! We are always adding new rescues so you never know what new smells have been added! **We are an active homestead, this mean we do allow our animals to free range when we are not hosting. You can expect to see poultry droppings and wild animal droppings at times** Any questions please feel free to ask!

Open field for your dog to get their zoomies out. You may see some deer, hawks, among other wild life. We also have some farm animals!

Bordetella, Distemper, and Rabies are required to utilize Thera-Vet Acres Pastures. Our small pasture is the perfect size for one to a few dogs. It is located in close proximity to our lower parking lot and provides privacy fencing.

A 5-acre wooded yard with Salmon Creek meandering through it is a serene and picturesque natural retreat. Salmon Creek adds a dynamic element, its clear waters reflecting the greenery around it. The creek might feature small cascades, gentle ripples, or deep, still pools depending on the terrain. Its banks are lined with ferns and wild grasses, and it provides a natural focal point for outdoor activities like playing catch or picnicking, or simply enjoying the view. This tranquil setting offers a perfect escape, birdwatching, or simply unwinding in nature’s embrace. Whether in the golden glow of autumn, the vibrant greens of summer, or the peaceful snow-covered silence of winter, a property like this is a year-round haven.

This yard has access to a hose and seating. It provides some privacy fencing and backs up to woods. It is closely located to our off-street parking.

Hi!! Come bring your pets to play in our private yard! We have our own pets as well, four German Shepherds. They can either be out and about with your dogs (up to you) or they can be put away. Our property is 40 acres. About half of it is wetlands and you will most likely not be able to walk it, though you’re more than welcomed to try! We have a portion of our yard fenced in specifically for the dogs, the rest is not fenced. If you’d like to walk in the woods you may do so, but if your dog is not well trained I would keep him/her on a leash during that period just as a precaution since you don’t know the area. We have two fire pits, one near the house and one in the clearing in the woods. You may use either one if you’d like. There is a hammock set up in the clearing as well, and seating (nothing fancy though) Next to the house, we have a bench swing, a table and chairs, a tree swing, and a yoga hammock on the tree. You may use any of these while your dog runs around :) We have a hose in the fenced in area and this can be used at any time for your dog for drinking water. During the summer, it will be attached to a sprinkler as well. We also have a kiddie pool for our pups during the summer. The grass in the yard used to be luxurious, however it has become muddy as one of my dogs is a digger. So PLEASE be aware of this if it is raining ! I know it drives me crazy and I don’t want you to be upset ! Let me know if you have any questions or concerns :-)

Fully fenced large yard backs to woods, very quiet, large gate, large parking area, covered area, gazebo, dog toys, dog cots, waste bags available but please carry out. RV hookups for water and power (50 amp with a 30 amp adapter available). Wifi also available.....great way to spend the day if you can work remote.

We know the pain of having to try to find empty/abandoned trails, or go to the dog park when no one's there, or only being able to take late night or very early morning walks because of the sensitive reactive pups, so we offer our yard even though it's small to all dogs/dog owners that relate and even if you don't relate your dog is still invited! We welcome all ages, breeds, and sizes!

UPDATE: Woofs will be closed Easter Sunday 3/31/24 and Eclipse Day 4/8/24. The booking calendar has been opened for all future bookings. Any questions, please call 585-222-7537. Rate is good for 2 dogs. Private play is 45 min. Daily appointment times are 8am, 9am, 2pm, 7pm, & 8pm. As we are a members' club, times are scheduled at 585-222-7537. First preference of times are given to our members. The goal is to give each dog family the space it needs. Before reserving, please call for most up-to-date booking calendar. A fully enclosed/fenced front and back yard for your furry babies to run, jump, and play. Grass is always mowed once a week with trees for shade and water readily available on those hot days.
