22+ acre property with 20 acres that is fully/securely fenced. The front half is an open field & orchard, the back is forested and has maintained trails throughout. There's covered seating in the field & woods, portapotty, drinking water station, toys etc - see amenities for more details. There are seasonal streams, ponds in the woods this time of year, plus extra puddles & mud during/after moderate-heavy rain. Foot bridges and woodchips keep the main trails in decent shape for walking but there are plenty of muddy areas to explore so expect a wet, dirty dog - waterproof traction boots (muckboots etc) recommended. There's a dog rinse station (elevated, tethers, sidewalls) for faster cleaning that's easy on the back and keeps clothing drier; bring your own towels. Reservations are available up to 30 days in advance. Some days fill fast but plans can change & bookings get modified/canceled (2+hrs beforehand) - check back for an opening if interested. Hands-down favourite sniffspot I've ever been to. Our dog loved all the interesting smells and landscapes. Such a cool spot! There's so much to do here and lots of space. This was not a spot where Ginny could be off leash, because she doesn't have perfect recall and there are a few things she could get into trouble with like in the barn, but she had such a great time walking around and meeting the cows, pigs, and chickens. Great spot for my pups to sniff and play. Wooded area for raining in the trees as well as small open area for running. There are two ponds and chickens. Chickens were well secured and safe from my curious dogs. Fencing appeared to be secure around the property although my dogs don’t really test fences too much. You should follow your dog around this sniffspot because there are some things they could get into. There are some vehicles that are parked in the field, some wire rolls on the ground and two ponds. Nothing major but depending on your dog you might want to watch for. Overall experience of the space was positive and fun! I felt my dogs were safe and secured with plenty of things to do and investigate. We saw no other dogs at this spot which is important for dog aggressive girl.

Such a great new spot. The dogs enjoyed zooming through the wooded area and the wide open space. The human and dogs all enjoyed the farm creatures. Fencing is secure as described. Note there's one low spot near the cow area that a dog that really wanted to could jump but there are plenty of other places to be than at the gate so shouldn't be an issue for most. The spot was easy to find with the street number being large on the mailbox And the parking spot marked clearly. Just don't be a dope and turn down the dirt road by the berries, turn down the actual gravel driveway just before the mailbox.

This was the perfect place to bring my reactive GSD. She had lots of fun sniffing around, running through the wooded area, and playing fetch. I was pretty excited myself to see the cows (there’s a fluffy one!). Beware: if your dog loves water like mine does, there’s a good chance they are going to be leaving dirty. Bring a towel. The pond in progress is pretty yucky and my girl dove in head first before I could stop her 😂

Excellent farm with fully-fenced, clean, open yard — and lots of smells. When we pulled our car just past the gated entrance, our three pups spotted a cow from the backseat and lost their minds. The cow was nonplussed, and possibly a little amused. We shut the gate, found a parking spot and let the dogs loose. They loved every minute of their Sniffspot time, chasing balls and checking out chickens and pigs for the first time (through a fence). They did far better with the chickens and pigs.

There was a neighbors chicken running through the yard 5 minutes into our visit so we had to leave and weren’t able to spend enough time to give a decent review, but Christina was very responsive and wonderful with all my questions and concerns

This was a fun spot for our dogs. There is a good mix of open space and woods to explore. At first we thought the front pastures with barbed wire was the sniff spot, but then we walked toward the house and saw the big side yard and woods. There are 2 very cute cows and several chickens visible. Two chickens were left out or had escaped their coop and one of the birds regrettably got a mighty chase by our 3 dogs before it thankfully, finally lost them in the woods. I hope the poor bird wasn't too terrified. Overall it is a fun new spot. Thank you for sharing your space.
