55Great area! It was hot but one dog loved the pool and one dog loved the shady areas, especially by the tree in the corner. It was a great space to explore and let them run to their hearts’ content!Jenna S.

55My pup had so much fun playing fetch here! So much room to run, and pools to play in if your pup likes that. The agility course was a nice touch too. We plan to come back! Very nice host as well. Isabelle B.

55We love coming here! I love the layout - it’s big and open and I can see my dogs almost the entire time. (There’s a plant in the corner for awesome shade that makes them hard to see, and there’s a little spot behind the shed, but my dogs didn’t really go there.) There are two different places to sit - on the deck or under the porch in the shade. There were dog pools the host already filled with water; toys and poop bags; a raised dog bed, some cushions on the ground, and agility stuff (jump, weaved and cinder blocks for climbing). Our rescue hound is very insecure so the agility work really helps us build his confidence. There’s also a large pit in the back part of the yard. Our dogs loved running through this. I felt so at ease letting my dogs run and explore - the fenced yard was very secure. The only thing you might need to watch for are the sand spurs. It’s cold and dry right now, so they’re more prevalent. Our hound got two stuck in his paws. Luckily he’s okay with getting them out himself, but a pair of Tweezers would be helpful if your dog doesn’t do that. All in all, a wonderful time!Jenna S.

55A wonderful spot with plenty of room to run and explore- good visibility to keep an eye on your dog too.
Fresh water, a little wading pool, some agility equipment and toys rounded out the experience. 10/10 stars! Anna R.

55This is by far the best sniff spot we have been to so far. Nice and clean, easy, beautiful, spacious, and it’s a relaxing place for people too! Max and Andy had so much fun running around and sniffing everything. Now they’re happy and exhausted :) They will definitely be excited to come back. Tamara C.

55The spacious yard was perfect for setting up some jumps and practicing agility sequences. The fencing was secure and space was private and quiet. The afternoon turned hot so we really enjoyed the shade structure and chairs. We brought our own water but there was ample water provided for our dogs. I was able to use the hose to cool my dog down at the end of our practice. Thank you for sharing your yard with us!Julie F.

55We loved our time here! The weather was nice and the space had both open areas for sun and shade for both me and the pups when needed. I also met Amy, the host, who was so sweet and accommodating when I needed the restroom. I also appreciate the Sniffspot message about five minutes prior to arrival letting us know the gate is open and water and pool have been filled. We’ve been here before and will keep returning because we feel so welcome.Jenna S.

55This was our first time “renting” a yard so we didn’t know what to expect. If we were to have had exceptions this would have exceeded them. It was a big open beautiful yard with plenty of room for our boy to run crazy. He loved cooling off in the kiddie pool after every fetch of the rubber frisbee they had on site. There is also a great agility course that we will 100% be back for to work on skills. The host was super friendly and provided great communication via messages. A HUGE thank you to Scooters Park for sharing your yard with us! Heather A.

FAQ about our Edgewater dog agility parks
Are dog agility parks safe?
While public off-leash dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than city parks. Contrary to a typical dog park, with Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect safe place for you and your dog. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars. As always, ensuring you use park dog agility equipment safely is also key to an enjoyable experience.
How can I find dog agility parks in Edgewater?
There are 10 dog agility parks in the Edgewater area. The most popular dog agility park is Scooter's Private One Acre Dog Park. You can browse all of our dog agility parks here.
How do I know if a dog agility park works for my dog?
Owners commonly wonder about whether a park works for their dog. Start by applying basic filters, such as fencing and distractions, to find a fenced dog agility park that works for your dog. You can also filter on size to find a larger park or neighborhood parks. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our fully fenced dog agility parks. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our dog agility parks where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. You can read the description of the spot to see the details of the set up, such as whether there is commercial grade park equipment, and other amenities, such as park benches. Browse photos to get a sense for park design. We also recommend reading reviews and reaching out to the host with any questions, and of course, checking agility park hours.
What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot agility park?
