(10) Smoke marijuana or tobacco. (11) Operate or fly a remote-controlled flying device except in areas designated for that purpose. (12) If bringing an animal into the park: i. Failing to keep the animal on a leash at all times. ii. Failing to keep the animal under control such that the animal intimidates other park attendees. iii. Failing to remove or dispose of any feces deposited by the animal within the park. (b) Special events within public parks shall require a permit issued in accordance with chapter 51 of this Code. (c) The following additional rules apply to athletic courts within town parks: (1) No pets are allowed on the athletic courts. (2) No bicycling, rollerblading, or skateboarding on the courts. (3) Persons using the athletic courts without reservations shall yield to attendees with reservations. If an attendee with a reservation does not arrive to the court within ten minutes of their reservation start time, the reservation is void. (4) Persons using the athletic courts without reservations shall limit their time on the court to one hour. (d) No skateboarding where posted. (e) Violations will be prosecuted as provided by law.

Dog owners must have a leash in their possession at all times. Female dogs in heat are prohibited from the park. Pet owners must immediately fill any holes their dogs may dig. Dog owners are solely liable for injuries or damage caused by their dogs and ensuring that their dogs don't escape the fenced area.

55We had a blast at BearDog’s memorial Sniffspot and are grateful for Kate for hosting. My two dogs had a lot of room to run, but end up spending all of their time sniffing around the property. I loved the Sniffspot signs posted at the end of the driveway and there was a clear path to get to the arrival fence for the dogs. The entire property was fenced in, which put my mind at ease (as we have a dog who has escaped in the past). The front and back yards are connected, and your dogs will have access to both. The grass was cut and clean so I could follow my dogs around the property. There are plants that line the fencing so dogs can go into them to explore, but the fencing is secure. There are lots of other plants for dogs to sniff, too. There are water bowls and a Chuck-It if your dog likes to fetch, and there are chairs and an umbrella if you’d like to sit. Actually, while it probably does get sunny and hot, there’s a huge tree that provides so much natural shade that you could bring the chairs to. We just happened to have great, cooler weather. Despite the fence being wired, the adjoining properties were quiet - no other dogs or animals were seen. (Just in case your dogs are reactive.) Kate was also a very friendly host who was there to greet us when we arrived. I connected with her over our love for dogs, and look forward to going back again!Jenna S.

Kate has done an amazing job setting up her sniff spot. The area is very clean with lots of areas to sniff and leave pee-mail. 😁 Plenty of open space to get those zoomies out along with trees to cool off under.
