The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.

Sherri is a super nice lady! Convenient parking, nicely kept area, fence in good shape, no old dog poo found at all, good amount of shade and open area, fresh water bowl, paw cooling bucket, poop bags, doggie drying towel and chairs set out for us! Nice homey grassy and partially covered fenced in area. My dog enjoyed sniffing. The gate was really easy to open and close. The trash was very close and easy to dispose of the dog poop. The icing on the cake was the host's offer to have a dog play with mine! I can't bring my dog to normal places too socialize so this was extra special. Her dog is great! Perfect host as well. Super polite and well behaved. My dog enjoyed her company. My dog is a senior so she couldn't run around as much but it was so good for her. Thank you for being so kind and welcoming!

Ruger and Sasha loved their play time here! There was plenty of room for them to run and explore. They were interested in the horses next door too. The yard area was neat and clean, with plenty of hoses for water. We only stayed about forty minutes before the puppets got tired, but we will definitely be back here! Great space for your dog to run and play and sniff around. Like the profile states, there are horses on one side, but they are very docile and not reactive. On the other side, there were children playing in their pool, but about 100ft away. My dogs are territorial and protective, and this was a new experience for them. They handled it VERY well and we were actually able to hang out for a little while without any leashes on. The children’s large white pit bull eventually came out and caught my dogs attention, so they ran to the fence in a show of force. Of course that backfired when one of my dogs ran face-first into the chain link fence, causing a tiny little cut on her chin (serves her right). So after that we left a little early. Sherrie was a very gracious host, and there is plenty of space, dog toys, and water for your pups.
