Park inside or outside the fenced yard. Nice shade tree to sit under while watching your fur baby play and run. I provide a chair or two and a table. Wooded along the back side and the pups love running along the fence line looking for wildlife, lizards, squirrels and the like. There is a hose and clean dish for water and a container to place your doggie waste bags into. I can leave some toys or bring your own. During hot summer days a baby pool is provided for any pups that like water. Very quiet and serene location on a hobby farm. You may walk over and pet the farm animals provided the dogs are leashed when doing so. Carrots are the only food allowed to be fed to the horses and goats if you wish to bring some. There is a dirt area that the pups can enjoy digging and laying in the cool dirt. If you want to bathe your pup while at the park, please notify me and with a minimum booking of one and half hours you may wash your pup for no additional charge. You need to bring pup shampoo but I will provide towels for drying them off and lines to secure them while bathing them. It is recommended you don’t bathe them if outside temperatures are less than 78 as otherwise it can be too chilly for the pup as there is no hot water. The water comes from a well and is tepid with exception of during hot summers then initially the water can be pretty hot and needs to run a bit before cooling down to being tepid.

I have a 90 pound pitbull who’s friendly loves cat we have a cat loves other dogs he’s big, but he’s sweet as he can be. Absolutely the best place to take your dogs to. What can I say...10 acres of wide open completely fenced yard that is flat with scattered trees for shade and endless room for your dogs to stretch their legs. Doggie pool available with fresh running water so you can provide your buddies with some fresh and cool water. Very therapeutic to just walk the land with my dogs, the only sounds we heard were a few chickens and a peacock. The land is well maintained of any debri and is a mix of grass and sand. We are so appreciative to have access to such beautiful land.

Such a great spot to stop at to let a dog run free for a bit on a long drive! Got to stretch my legs too, so double plus! Booked for 30mins and it was just enough time for Suzie to get back in the car after exploring and running her heart out with a big game of fetch (pro-tip, bring a Chuck It because there's SO much room for dogs to run!) and happily sleep for the rest of the trip to the panhandle. Trying to see how I can work stopping here again on my way home, and as a fun side quest to all future trips, panhandle related or not 😆 Also, Andrea was great! Had a question about the fences and she was super responsive! Made sure not to have the kiddie pool filled so I didn't have to ride for another 4hrs with a wet dog in the car 😅 Suzie can also be a little wierd around people and doesn't like when new people touch her, and Andrea was super respectful and understanding about that when she came out to show us where to go 😊🐾

End result was great! Both dogs were tired, which was our goal! The sand road to the property was rutted making it difficult for our Prius to navigate. The fenced area was magnificent with adequate shade and privacy. The only thing that could have made it any better would have been a bench for seating in the shade. We’ll definitely return to this spot.

What a perfect place to take my dog. Huge open space! Well-maintained, clean, and with plenty of shade, sun, and a few natural growth patches which my hunting dog loves. The fences are secure around the perimeter, and I had no concerns about my dog getting out or injured anywhere on the property. We will be regular visitors.

We had a great time letting our dog run off leash! There are two nice, big, well kept grassy paddocks where your dog can play. We were there in the morning, fields mostly sunny with some shade from large beautiful trees. Make sure to bring water for your dog, poop bags(they had some, I just always keep them with me), a ball to chase, a folding chair, and mosquito repellent (the one thing I forgot). The property is in horse country so the ride there was beautiful, we will definitely be back!

We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules, such as staying within the designated off-leash areas. Each park location also has their own set of rules that guests need to follow, such as limiting excessive barking.

Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot fully fenced dog park at the same time as me?

Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
