11/9/2024 Thank you for being so patient with us as we continued our storm cleanup. We are grateful for the opportunity to open our yard, once again, to you all. A few things have been rearranged and the play set is currently out of order, but other than that, you still have great shade all day and plenty of space for your baby(ies) to run and explore. Plenty of amenities for your pup and more seating coming soon. As always, have lots of fun and please be safe 😊 Welcome to our backyard!! Plenty of space to run and a tug rope to play. Dig in the pool to release for tons of excitement and to release some energy. We offer a few extras such as lemonade and a grill to add to the vibe. Either way, there is something for your dog to do. We also have plenty of shade and seating for you. The hammock is available upon request. We have amazing shade all day. Early mornings are beautiful and the evenings are quiet. Hope my spot gives your doggo plenty to sniff 😊 Parking arrangements: Please pull right into the driveway. I do ask that you keep your vehicles off of the concrete area in front of the fence right next to the house. If the driveway is not available, pull into the front yard parallel to the road. Back your vehicle up to the big stone. Thanks!

Dog Park at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park

Owners are legally responsible for their dogs and injuries caused by them. 2. Dogs must be properly licensed and wear ID tags at all times. 3. Owners must clean up after their dogs and immediately fill any holes their dogs dig. 4. Dogs showing aggression towards people, as determined by Parks Department personnel, will be removed from the park. 5. Dogs using the park must be at least 4 months old. 6. Dogs must never be left unattended. 7. Children must be under constant supervision. 8. Dogs \"in heat\" will not be allowed inside the park. 9. Dogs must be leashed before entering and leaving the park. 10. Dogs off their leash are limited to two dogs per person inside the park. 11. Rawhide and food not allowed inside the dog park. 12. Dogs are the only type animals permitted in dog parks. 13. Violators will be subject to removal from the park and suspension of park privileges. 14. Dogs must be under voice command at all times.

Hair of the Dog Park

Our Dog Park is for member use only. For the safety of the children our Dog Park is 21 and up ONLY. All dogs must be registered by their owners prior to entering the park. No dogs under 6 months of age. All dogs must be SPAYED OR NEUTERED. NO exceptions. All dogs must be current on vaccinations for Rabies, DHLPP and Bordetella. You must bring a paper copy of proof of vaccination. All dogs must be in general good health and free of ticks, fleas and parasites. No outside human food, dog food, treats, toys or chews are permitted in the park. Dog waste must be cleaned up by their owner immediately. Bags and receptacles are provided. No digging or destructive behavior permitted. Owners must be within the park and supervising their dog with leash readily available. All dogs must wear a collar displaying current tags with each dog’s name and contact information. All dogs must be on leash when exiting or entering the park. All leashes, choke chains, prong collars, head collars, and harnesses must be removed from each dog when entering the transition area to the park. Only one gate in the transition area may be open at a time. Small dogs may enter the large dog area of the park at the dog owner’s discretion. Large dogs may not play in the small dog area of the park unless given approval by the Rangers. Dogs known to be aggressive will not be permitted in the park. Dogs who display any type of aggression will be removed from the park IMMEDIATELY. The Park Rangers may separate dogs, redirect dogs to more suitable play, or physically remove dogs from the Property at any time and for any reason. The Rangers may employ reasonable methods in accomplishing the foregoing, including, without limitation, the use of squirt bottles, industry standard pepper sprays and/or noise making devices. Respect your Rangers. If asked to separate your dog, leash your dog, or remove your dog, kindly do so quickly. Ignoring a Ranger’s request may lead to removal from the park by Management. The Management reserves the right to refuse access to any dogs that the Management believes may pose a risk to other patrons or dogs in the park. Owners are responsible and liable for all damage or injury inflicted by their dog(s). Enjoy at your own risk.

Temple Terrace Hilltop Dog Park

All dogs in the park must wear a collar, ID tag, and a current rabies tag. Dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior must be removed from the park immediately. No dogs in heat. No puppies under 4 months old. Dogs must be healthy and without any illness or injury. Spiked collars are prohibited from use in the park.
