Welcome to my beautiful fully fenced in yard! Located on 1/4 of an acre in the Hudson Valley, your pup will have a large private outdoor space to run, sniff and play to their hearts desire. Our home has a private driveway and plenty of street parking. We have a private gate entrance for guests, and a beautiful patio with comfortable lounge chairs under a shaded pergola for humans to enjoy while your pup plays with a yard full of toys! Need essentials? We’ve got you covered. Hose access and bowls for pup drinking water, a doggy first aid kit, pooper scooper, and trash can. Welcome to the Zoomie Zone! The Zoomie Zone was born out of our extensive dog rescue volunteer work and the benefits that a Sniffspot brings to those who have dogs, but don't have a yard for them to run in. Not all dogs are dog-park dogs (and not all humans properly supervise their dogs at dog parks - making it an unsafe place at times)! We deeply care about dogs being healthy and happy - and staying in their homes! All funds generated from our Sniffspot go right back into our dog rescue efforts (we foster, transport thousands of miles per year, coordinate adoptions/fosters, etc.) This private paradise is a doggie dream come true! Our spot is located right across the road from the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh! We have 1/4 acre fenced in backyard with regularly trimmed grass. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. The hill is great for tiring out your pup! It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas. We provide dog toys that are sanitized between visits. Please BYO water bowl/container- we do have a hose available for fill ups. Hope to have you for a visit soon! Overall, the spot is quiet but please read the detailed sections about people, dogs, and domestic animals that can be seen/heard from our spot prior to booking. We have a wide open yard for your pups to zoom around and get a great play day in. 2 large trees for shade lounge chairs are available. Garden hose is available for dog dishes. Pooper scooper and garbage can available. Bin of sticks available for fetch other toys will be available.

This is a newly fenced in grass yard with plenty of space for your pup to play and run around. As dog owners ourselves, we built a secure fenced in area for her to run around. We’d love to share that space with you and your pups. You will have full access to .74 acres of grassy land. Bring a blanket and watch them run or get in on the fun and throw a frisbee around. Either way, we hope your dogs love our space. Our space is great for reactive dogs to run carefree. We are approximately 1.5 miles off the Thruway which makes a great spot for traveling dogs to stretch their legs. There will be a SniffSpot sign marking the entrance to the space. Simply pull up on the latch on top of the gate. The gate will swing outward. Feel free to pull all the way down the driveway if you prefer.

My spot has a swimming pool and pond we kindly ask that your pups do not take a dip in the pool. We love all kinds of animals and have two cats and a dog of our own. There is a garbage under the deck, I’ll put out fresh water for your pup as well. We have a fully fenced in secure yard that’s perfect for fetch, training sessions and general doggy exercise!

Fully fenced yard conveniently located near Route 10 & Horseshoe Lake Park. Small pool is available upon request with access to hose for visitors who want to use our foldable dog pool from Minidips! Great suburban space with beautifully manicured lawn & comfortable seating available for humans. Depending on time of day, lawn usually has both some sunny & shady spots. Our dog loves the yard, but he will be safely inside or out with us so as not to disturb visitors.
