There is lots of things for your dog to climb, explore and smells to sniff in both spots! Drinks *Snacks * Coffee & Hot chocolate available in trailer. A truly beautiful spot! just the right size to keep an eye on your dogs while they run themselves tired. It was a half acre sandy soil riding arena now converted. We’ve planted 3 weeping willow trees and they will grow quickly to provide even more shade to the grassy area. But rest assured, there is tons of shade and trees all about the doggie park and the rest of the property and along with all the trees comes the birds, so constant singing and tweeting…. It’s quite serene. 2/3 (the center of the park) is irrigated grass… we have a large scratching post and sprinklers And or a pool available for hot days. See extras some days you might luck out because if someone else pays to fill the pool, we won’t immediately drain it for a couple days unless someone else purchases the freshwater. So you may have a slightly used pool to use at no charge.. And if you do pay the $11 to fill it fresh.. you feel good that maybe someone else and there doggies will get to enjoy it beyond your use. —- A paw it forward gesture We have a dig site now, featuring both fresh sand and separately a clean dirt mound. We find half of the dogs prefer the sand and the other half prefer the fresh dirt mound. We also have a dry rock River bed featuring a few scarlet sage plants (non toxic aspca) and many of the dogs like to sniff around there and walk over the smooth rocks. We use the perimeter of the park like a walking track to get in our steps, you are welcome to do the same. There are several seating options, very comfortable chairs spaced in a couple areas or even a couple pool style recliners. We have some things that you may want or need to use from time to time such as insect repellent, sunscreen spray, first aid kit, etc There are 2 indestructible tables in the area if you need a place to set your coffee or would like to get some work done We have some Wi-Fi service available via Starlink and seem to maintain speeds around 15-25mbps, which is not so bad for our rural setting. We are actually just a very short distance from Ripon, Manteca and Tracy (off Kasson Rd and Airport) about 7 or 8 minutes into the country from the Bass Pro Shop in Manteca. only about 20 minutes from Modesto via Ripon and Ripon Road / Jack Tone We will continuously improve the park and maintain and upgrade as use allows. *** Our most recent additions include a restroom within the park perimeter and we now offer self-service snacks and drinks via Venmo, PayPal or Cash. 100% of the snack purchase Donations go directly to the PAW it Forward Sanctuary, NON Profit 501c3 Rescue. love this spot! they had a lot of different things to do. if you have a water dog this is the place to go because they have small pools and a sprinkler. we were also luck to see the cow on our visit.

What a fantastic spot! Joey had a great time sniffing and exploring. It was a good opportunity to work on recall and redirecting with the cow, duck, chickens, cat and neighbor dog distractions! We’ll be back!

This spot was amazing! My first time to one of these and I was not disappointed. My dogs are typically reactive at dog parks and this was such a sweet getaway and relaxation for them! They enjoyed every bit of it!

Although this spot isn’t huge, it’s big enough to have some fun! We played ball, used the host provided agility equipment, and hung out in the shade a bit to watch the farm animals in the distance. Just a lone calf and some chickens. Dogs could be heard in the distance, but it didn’t seem to phase Charlie. This place was fully equipped with an area to rest, poop bags, toys, and even a plastic pool. The host was very responsive to messages, we’ll definitely be back.

Large well fenced area, lots of available toys, shade, seating for the humans, and access to fresh water. Pretty sure the agility equipment was more fun for the humans than the pups, but they got treats out of it so a win for everyone. Will definitely be visiting again!

What a neat spot! I'm new to owning a herding dog, who lacks confidence and very reactive, so it was nice to find a spot that is enclosed and safe to run around in. I live in a town home so I don't have the space. Lots of toys, pool, water. Easy to park and responsive host. We will definitely be back now that we know what to expect.

Great place to let your dog run around! It’s all fenced in and not on a busy street so no need to worry. They supplied lots of toys and water, even kiddie pools. There was also a first aid kit for people and animals which I really liked incase of any accidents. There was plenty of seating and lots of shade. Overall we had a great time and can’t wait to come back!

Our pups love this place and the hosts are so pleasant. The play area is well maintained and the pools are a huge hit. We left 2 bubble makers in the hopes others will enjoy. Our pups wanna grab em like they would a drone or the like so we can't enjoy them.

Great quite spot to bring our two dogs. Lots of toys, potty bags, and obstacles for the dogs to entertain themselves with. There was also two kiddy pools which was a huge plus as my golden retriever loves to cool off. Only down side was the back gate has wide openings so we lost a couple tennis balls. Will definitely be booking again!

My 7 month old puppy loved having this space to explore! He mostly just wanted to sniff every inch of the yard, but there were toys, basic agility equipment, and kiddy pools available in case he did want to play. He’s currently calmly hanging out next to me on the couch, so I’d say our Sniffspot visit was a success.

Very large space. My dog had a blast chasing balls and a frisbee they provided. Unfortunately the gate wheel kept sliding the gate open enough for my escape artist to finally make an escape. She's about 35 pounds and was able to slip through the crack. I was able to lure her back with some chicken treats. I contacted the host about this and she responded promptly with instructions on how to secure the gate better with a chain that was on the fence and that fixed the problem. She also said she would look at the gate and improve it going forward. Generally a great stay!

this is our favorite place to take our dogs. they both are a bit challenged and need a super safe and secure area to be in, and this sniff spot is it! they both start crying when we get within a mile of the property. 🥰 thanks for offering this space, it’s the only place my dogs get to be “normal” dogs.

We have visited this spot twice now with our puppy and we love it! He's super high energy so having all of that open space to run around, in a safe and contained area, is a huge help! He's also deaf, so traditional dog parks aren't the best for him, having space to himself really helps him feel comfortable. The area is clean and well maintained, the hosts are very friendly, and the scenery is beautiful! Highly recommend!
