Welcome to Koda and I's personal paradise, featuring several horses and a donkey! Stop by and visit us as a side quest so you can relax and enjoy the view in a peaceful, quiet countryside setting both you and your dog(s) will enjoy! Choose to either kick back and let your dog go full steam ahead in the .5 acre, four foot, fully fenced pup play yard, which has been vetted by dogs small and large, puppies and seniors, and both high energy and couch potatoes alike, or do some on leash training or long lead play in the accompanying open field next to the enclosed yard. Our yard has been tested (and approved) by Pomeranians, Yorkies, Beagles, Pitties, Whippets, and all of our Sniffspot visitors, and it's even horse proof! Natural grass fills the property, with only the occasional use of weed killer along fencelines to keep up with property maintenance and stay on top of bugs. There are several huge shade trees that my pup and his friends enjoy laying under. If you are looking to desensitize your pup to horses, reach out and I may be able to arrange turn out so they can get up close and personal, while maintaining the barrier of the fence. But otherwise, the Spot and the horse pastures are completely separate from each other, giving you and your pups a chance to admire from a distance! DogsPlay sniff spot is part of DogsPlay.us Luxury and Pampered Pet Sitting Services in Youngsville, NC. The sniff spot is clean, with short grass, splash pool, tree tug, ball throwing machine and other toys. Shaded sitting area and fire pit. However the fire pit is only available November through March as we are a Bee, Butterfly, Hummingbird and Bird friendly spot. There are organic fruit trees on the property that Guests are welcome to pick from while the fruit last. Blueberries in June and July and Figs starting in August to September.

My spot is a large grassy area fully fenced with a 5 foot chain link fence and a 6 foot privacy fence. This yard is 100% separate from my personal back yard and truly gives you the private dog park feel! You don’t even have to go behind my house to gain access. If you have a dog(s) who would love a large open area to play fetch and have the zoomies this is the perfect play spot. •We have a picnic table for seating and umbrella for use. •A water hose and kiddie pool for dogs to cool off and play in. •Provided a large Stainless Steel water bowl •Black outdoor box stocked with dog toys, treats and other items for use. •This yard can be lit up with a spot light when daylight savings ends and it gets darker earlier. Plus a street light directly in front of my house. My neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. You may see people walking the neighborhood with other dogs or children from my yard.

Our location is secure. We have a .11 acre yard surrounded by a 6ft fence. You'll never need to worry about your furry friend pulling a Houdini act. We have 4 wood chairs available for you to lounge in during the visit. *Please let me know if you'll have any additional guess and I'll make sure all the chairs have cushions. Park your car right in front of the gate and walk right in just a few steps and your inside the fenced area. Bathroom access will be available if needed. Water bowls and access to water hose I will be adding a small pool very soon. There is also a poop scoop waste bags and a trash can so please clean up before leaving so it’s safe and ready for the next babies play time.

Our little slice of heaven is certified a National Wildlife Refuge. This we have a large variety of birds and pollinators. We have a walking/bike riding trail, dog sensory gardens, an orchard to pick fruit from when in season, splash pools, agility equipment, horses next door to get to know, meadows to play in and sometimes there are foster puppies. We have lots of spaces for the humans to enjoy, ie firepit are with lots of seating, a couple picnic tables and various other seating for conversation and gathering.
