Large fenced yard on the corner of Thompson & Sunset. Seating, toys, water, treats and off street parking. You can park in my driveway on Sunset by the garage close to the yard gate. I do like to greet my guests and quick show you around. There may be people that are walking/riding bikes on the side street. Some may be walking their dog. If your dog is more sensitive my spot may not be right for you. I also have my own dog that may bark sometimes from within my home. I have an inground pool open for a swim. You and your dogs. Buster was a 16 year-old dog who passed away on July 25, 2025 and enjoyed this property with family dogs his entire life. He was the last one and we are at an age now where we probably won't be getting another dog; so, we want others to enjoy the land. Feel free to use the wash stall inside the barn (hot water and hoses are yours to use), there is also an outdoor fountain, water trough and plenty of electric outlets. I mowed a trail around the perimeter that is about a three mile walk / run.

A beautiful spot featuring a large open mowed field with large trails throughout. Lots of wildlife, especially butterflies. Please feel free to drive and park further down the field if you would like.

This is a 25 acre property. I live on this property with 3 dogs, 2 horses and 2 barn cats. The Sniffspot would be the large open field as well as the wooded area which has a stream. Your dog MUST be leashed (you may use a long lead to allow your dog to explore). My horses are always out. My dogs come in and out through a dog door into one of 2 fenced in areas, so you MAY see them. If your dog is dog reactive, I am happy to keep my dog door closed during your visit. Parking will be in the barn driveway. My dogs and I enjoy this space each and every day and I would love to allow your dog to enjoy this space for their enrichment=)

We have a 6 acre field that is ready for your pups to come play in. We have a small pond out back that they’re welcome to play in! No fish that we know of but we have seen some snakes and turtles. We also have a hose available upon request. Be mindful that there are two openings in the gates one on either side of the barn. If you have your dog off leash you are responsible for keeping track of them!

Welcome to Fun in Freeville: Trail Edition! A short trail for your dog that likes to explore the woods. There is a fire pit about 100 yards in with seating and some natural doggy obstacles for those interested in agility and parkour exercises. We currently have one open trail that runs the length of our 5.5 acre property and back, and we hope to add more this spring. Our favorite times to walk this trail are in the fall and winter. It can get pretty wet during certain times of the year. I would definitely wear tall waterproof footwear in the spring and summer and use bug spray. There's a large fire pit with benches and a picnic table that you're welcome to use. We are doing our best to maintain and further develop the trail but please be aware that there is uneven ground throughout and watch your step. As you walk through, you will encounter different types of forest and trees. It's always fun to bring binoculars if you're into birding. You might get lucky and see our resident barred owls! Welcome to Fun in Freeville: Fenced Yard Edition! Come enjoy our 2,500 sq. ft. fully fenced-in yard. Includes deck access and seating. There is a large umbrella for shade and rain in the summer. The ground in the yard is pretty flat and mostly grass. It can get a little muddy during very wet times of the year. There is a hose available for washing off mud, cooling off, or filling up the kiddie pool in the summer. We have a box on the deck filled with balls, frisbees, and other toys. We have a small fire pit in the yard - if you want to start a fire, just let us know! Bring your binoculars if you enjoy birding. Please let us know if you're interested in having a fire or want to know if the pool is out. We'd be happy to start a fire for you if we're available or ensure the kiddie pool has fresh water.
