1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 4-5 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are occasionally in an adjacent fenced area. Although we put up a visual barrier in that area, they may bark when you are nearby. We have a number of fun features for dogs, including three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), two smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a small round jump, a tunnel, a wooden spool, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating - bring your picnic lunch. Running water, dog bowls, and grocery bags for poop are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, additional poop bags, and an umbrella are located inside the tool box seat near the entrance. We can also host dog birthday parties, gotcha day parties, or breed/litter get-togethers! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions at all.

3 acres of private farmland! Fenced all the way around! Great water views as you can see from drone pics. Front part of property is a wedding venue, very picturesque! No children under 10 allowed. This is a hobby farm that is not child proofed or baby proofed and people tend to not pay as close attention to children and they wander, it’s a big safety concern for me. Sorry. Private off road parking for 1-10 vehicles. The pole barn is NOT included in the rental, only the yard. I have a water bowl & spigot available at walk gate, please use all you’d like. You & your pup are welcome to play with random toys laying around, enjoy but please leave them on site. I do live on the property and occasionally will need to come in or out of my barn, I will communicate with you as best I can. Please advise if you have a reactive dog. Pastures are mowed every week, in the summer the grass grows fast; you may experience longer tasseled grass or short depending on the the day. Half Acre rectangle, fully fenced with cattle fence and wood fenced mixed, both wired so smaller dogs can't get through. Water tank and hose available. Poop bags provided. Chairs and a picnic table for mom and dad to hang while pups play. Barrels to jump over and doggie jumps provided, see pictures. Horses and donkeys on the property that are friendly share a small fence line but are fully separated from dog area and usually not near that fence.

This is an indoor only canine activity center. It's a 2000 sq ft wide open square that gives you lots of space to run and play. The center can provide toys, balls, ball pit, agility equipment and more. Your dog stays clean, bug free and away from extreme heat, cold and rain. PLEASE message FIRST as I run this entity by myself. I have to be available to unlock and re-lock the door for you. Sniffspot calendar and my calendar do not have a syncing feature. It is $40 per dog, per hour
