We love this spot. It's fairly close to home, and the dogs just love the entire space. Easy to drive in, off load and on load dogs. Always seems super clean.

This is a large space to keep up, but Nancy does an amazing job. She comes by most days, filling gopher holes to keep the space safe for our dogs. We love this Sniffspot! Book in advance for your favorite time.

Very secure, private, well kept place for my dogs. I was worried about tall grasses and potential tick/ foxtail hazards but the area had none of that! Fresh water, shade, and the perfect amount of space.

Beautiful location but would recommend to go earlier or later in the day in the summer because it does get hot and there’s not a ton of shade except under the one big tree. It has great fencing and I would have no worries bringing an escape artist here or teacup sized dog. Bowls are pretty clean and there is a hose available. My dogs LOVE all of the space to run. Oh also lot’s of gophers if your dog likes to sniff them out they will be entertained for hours.

Easy to access, gate is open you just drive in and close behind you. Safe and secure even for my little 7 pounder. My dogs really enjoyed this spot!

Wow, what an amazing time! This was our first SniffSpot ever, and my gosh, I wish we had found out about this long before our first visit. My dog absolutely loved the space and whose favorite form of enrichment is smelling, had a field day smelling all the smells and holes. The property was large, extremely secure and had a shaded spot. We will definitely be making weekly trips to Pepper Road! Thank you so much for opening up your home and land to us dog owners with reactive dogs! You’re a life saver🥹

The perfect spot for my dog-reactive dog! And a great spot for 1st-time Sniffspotters. The space was big enough to roam but not too big to feel overwhelming for a dog who is not used to the pleasures of roaming offleash. Scotty had such a good time that he barely noticed the one distant bark we heard while there and seemed almost ready to start herding the cattle he saw several fields over. Thank you, Nancy, for giving us this safe space to enjoy!
