Very clean! Minimal bugs. The grass was just cut. The pond is pretty muddy, but there was a hose to spray off before leaving! Our pups had so much fun- we booked for a hour and a half, and within 30 minutes they were laying down LOL

my dog absolutely loved it! huge backyard with secure fencing. my dog is dog reactive and there were a few instances with other dogs barking in the area which alerted my dog but nothing too major!

This place was great! Large area for my dogs to roam around. Calvin very much enjoyed the pond. he’s about 15 lbs and was able to stand in the pond closer to the edge. Belle enjoyed all the trees and brush. Both pups are currently passed out on the couch as I write this. Wouldn’t recommend for super small dogs or dogs that like to escape as there are small gaps between the ground and the fence that they could possibly squeeze under. Belle is very reactive on leash which is why we use sniff spots and she definitely enjoyed herself with minimal noise disturbances.

Super fun! My pups enjoyed swimming in the pond and was a super positive experience for my younger dog who has only gone swimming a few times prior. One warning for those who have high prey drive dogs is we did see a duck waddling near the house and would fly into the pond if my pups got close. Overall a wonderful visit and I will happily rebook in the future for more fun swim time. Huge yard to run in as well for long distance fetch games. Thank you Frostie!

What a great space! I have never seen my dog have so much fun! I didn’t expect her to go in the pond but she jumped right in and was thrilled to try and coax her dog friend to go with her. We will definitely be back!

Area was exactly as described in listing. Fence secure on all sides. Directions for entering and parking were helpful and clear. My two young boys were thrilled to find a football field painted on the grass and had their football in the truck. This Sniffspot worked out perfectly for us. Thank you!

This was our first time trying Sniffspot and this was a great experience! Our dogs loved running around the property and smelling everything. There were some barking dogs in the distance that caught my dogs attention for a few seconds, but they quickly got back to running around in the yard. Easy to find and easy directions, we will happily be back when it is warmer outside!
