Come by with your fur baby and explore my Private Dog Park where they can play, explore and sniff around!🐾🐕 My backyard is fully fenced (wooded) 🪵 your pup(s) 🐶 will stay safe and contained. Acres of fields, creek, woods and trails for you and your dog to enjoy! Our farm is unfenced, feel free to let your dogs off leash at your discretion. We do have farm animals in enclosed areas, they are friendly and enjoy visitors but please make sure your dogs are well behaved with them! We have fields for playing ball and frisbee or any type of training you are working on. Head to the woods for trails and exciting adventures! Be prepared, you may see lots of wildlife including deer, squirrels, turtles, turkeys,woodpeckers and owls! Please have fun “hunting” for turtles, geodes, deer sheds and morels— but do not pick or collect them. Please leave these finds on the farm! Poop bags and trash cans available near the parking area. Note the pink flags to lead you to the woods, and for property markers- stay inside the property please- you won’t have any trouble with this with so much room to explore. It is hilly and can get steep so only go where you feel comfortable! Wear old shoes if headed to the woods! Have fun!! We have added some play areas for your pups including a sand digging spot, a tether tug and tunnel. **Very soon we will have frisbee golf baskets for you to enjoy while your pup plays. Bring your own discs *** Our pond is currently under construction to added increased size, depth and fish. Please be patient during construction! Hello! Woof woof! My name is Alexis and my husband and I live on this beautiful land in a nice quiet, cozy spot with upstairs deck that is accessible from downstairs. It has 2 couches and a propane fire table. You can see the full yard and watch your pups enjoy! We have two dogs as well, so everything is safe in the yard and is maintained that way as my animals safety, as well as yours is my number one priority. We have equipped for your safety and comfort as well. Downstairs in the yard is a little fully protected hut that has chairs, a table, lights. See listing for what we have in terms of amenities! We strive to not only provide a safe space for your animals but you as well. We understand sometimes it is hard to find a place where both doggy and human can relax and enjoy and not worry about dog parks, other dogs, people. We are new here, and to sniff-spot but the back yard is my oasis and would love to share it! 15 acre L shaped partially wooded lot. Includes a small trail, woods, creek, and 1 acre pond with floating dock. Private property without other dogs, although noted neighbors have dogs fenced. I have 2 outside cats. Paved driveway. Located 5 minutes from downtown Germantown.

A beautiful 20 acre ranch with options galore! We have a fully stocked pond if you want to fish while your dog plays or swims! Meander through the back 10 acres which is open pasture plus a wooded duck pond (accessible through the gate outside the mud lot. Go between the first barn and horse mud lot into grassy area. Behind the little shelter on the outside there’s a gate into the farm land. Walk along fence line to back acreage -map in the last picture) We are building an obstacle course up front (while it’s for horses, doggos are welcome to use it too!), need a fully fenced in area? No problem, our backyard is made for dogs and is totally enclosed! Need somewhere indoors if weather is crummy? We also have an indoor riding arena to use if lessons and training aren’t in session. We are just across the street from Twin Creek Metropark if you want your excursion to continue! This is a horse training and lesson facility so if your dog can’t handle horses and people this may not be a good spot for you. Our backyard is not utilized so this would be a safe area to let your dog roam without the worry of other dogs or horses and humans. I do have a client that has a well behaved dog that is occasionally on property. The quietest areas are at the front of the property, the back 10 acres, or our backyard. We would love to have you out and happy to answer any questions you may have!

I have two acres with plenty of parking. I do not have any dogs but friends/family members dogs come out and visit often. I do have a tie out, a covered porch with table and chairs, and a dog house. It is not fenced in and there are dogs next door on an invisible fence so I do ask that your dog is on a leash or has a great recall as to not bother the other dogs next door. There is a creek that runs through the property at the back, towards the field. I will provide drinking bowls/water, a kiddie play pool, and water +snacks for owners as long as I know in advance! 😊 all doggos deserve to have the room to play!

We are located in quiet, rural, Germantown, OH, offering acres of beautiful, private, fenced fields, for you and your dogs to jump and play, sit back and relax, or enjoy however you like. Our Pond SniffSpot is available most of the year. It's a fully fenced 2 acre converted pasture. It's very private, containing a pond, chairs, picnic table, fields, and woods, with mowed border and mowed trails. See photo captions. Our puppy loves to run around our property. We have a barn with concrete patio with folding chairs for you to enjoy the shade. There is a large dirt hill that my children and dog love to dig in. We have an outhouse (no running water currently at the land) that needs to be locked up after use to keep large animals out. There is a woods behind our barn that we do not travel in much as it does not have paths yet. However, if you like to explore with your dog, you’re able. There is an old fence line within the woods to distinguish the line. The king driveway is a perfect turn. For our dog as we drop her off and let her run back to the barn. Please ask any questions!
