We live on 15 acres, and now have 1.5 acres fully fenced! It is all very flat land making for an easy stroll with your dogs. We are boarded on two edges by farm fields and two edges by neighbors. There is a trail that circles the property, with plenty of space to explore. During the summer, please take advantage of the small kiddie pool. There are also toys and chairs in the fenced area for all guests. Some seasonal things to keep in mind: Spring/fall when we have heavy rain, some areas could have standing water and/or be muddy. Mid to late summer, there are fox tails (cheat grass) that can cling to your dogs. Winter, the trails might not be plowed. There will be a 5gal bucket in the wood shed (inside the fenced area) full of water you can use to refill the two water bowls. Keep an eye out for trip hazards! Logs, sticks, uneven ground and holes.

*Due to the rain and weather the spot os pretty muddy* Are you looking for a nice place to let your furry friend run around and you get some steps in too, well then you are in the right spot. We have an acre fenced that we want dogs to come and enjoy a good run or a fun place to play ball. There is a shelter to stand under if needed with two chairs that can be moved as needed. Most of the area is flat and there are some trees is the back of the property with longer grass. You do have to walk up a little hill to get to the flat part but it is not bad. There is a parking area right outside the man-gate where you enter with a parking sign. We have put a chuck it with balls and a frisbee under the bench lid for you to use as well as weave poles and an adjustable jump for the pups to try out. Everything you need as far as water, water bowl and toys are all under the bench lid by the big tree. *Updated hours: more availability at night but know the mosquitos are bad when the sun goes down so please wear bug spray or use the bug spray provided. *With spring and summer coming more people are out so there may be noise while at the spot, we do have neighbors with kids and dogs. Google Maps will get you lost so once booked I will send directions directly via chat.

Such a great spot for the pups to run free! Love the parking lot area which has PLENTY of room for several cars so you can meet your friends and breathe with ease knowing your pups are in a safe environment! They add something new for the pups all the time haha Tobi found out toys were hidden under the stairs and would stop at every one for a new toy! Highly recommended this place for anyone in the area! We drove all the way from Mead to this place but it is WORTH IT!

We enjoyed our time at the sniff spot. Our dog Sadie loved it and played and sniffed for almost the the whole hour. She got tired and was ready to go when the hour was up. We loved how clean it was and all the benches for people and the interactive activities for dogs. We will definitely be back. Also the views are great!

Fantastic! All that I was hoping for and more! Obviously a labor of love for Carol. Fencing was secure, not a speck of poop anywhere, places for garbage, to sit in sun or shade, trees and grass and hills. Beautiful views. Balls and a hanging toy to pull. So fun to see my dog try the agility tunnel and maze. We walked a loop a few times and got a mile of exercise ourselves. A camp type toilet for people. Great parking. Easy in and out. Felt safe all around. I will be back very soon!

Really nice location with a lot of thought and conisderation to the audience that would be utilizing the space. We appreciated the sitting areas and poop bag stations that were available all around the property. In each sitting space some nice outside toys were available and there was a variety of interactive objects for dogs around the property including weave poles and an agility tunnel. There is even an first aid kit on hand at one of the break stations which was greatly appreciated. The fence on the property is a sturdy 5-6" fence all the way around with secure posts and access gates and a nice, well indicated area for parking and entering. It's out of the way as well, so if your pup is reactive they aren't likely to find something to react to. Our dogs loved everything. 10/10 would recommend.

While public off-leash dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than city parks.
