Located in west Toledo, near west Toledo animal hospital and MedVet animals hospital (Douglas road). My yard is fenced in with hose access and plenty of room for playing fetch, rolling around for back scratches and soaking up some sun. In the winter there is a concrete area that gets shoveled and pet safe salt is laid. In the summer yard is treated and kept short to eliminate bugs and bacteria, FREE of flowers bushes or plants that may be toxic to animals a seating arrangement with small table as well as a children’s pool for keeping cool!

Owners may use our driveway closest to that side of the land. Be mindful as we do have cameras. The firepit area is off limits but the rest of the property is yours for your entire stay. There is a trash bin available near the fire pit for your buddy's little brown droppings.

Play fetch with your pup in the large mowed side yard, or take a lap or two through wooded trails. We are regularly maintaining the trails and have plans for more soon. If you're adventurous, you can venture off the trails and explore the woods within our property boundaries.

Come June, a kiddy pool and some outdoor toddler playground equipment will be provided for dogs to climb and play with. In the back of the yard we have an inclosed puppy pen turf area for smaller puppies. Durning the colder days we have covered seating area with an over head heater and gas fireplace.

We have a small house, but a HUGE yard! Our dog loves the yard, so I'm looking to share it with folks who can't take their pups to a doggy park, or just prefer privacy. We have a giant connect four game and some other outdoors games for kids. Note that we will make our bathroom available for emergencies! We're in a small, quiet neighborhood.

We have a nice wooded acreage that sits along a creek that flows into the maumee river. 3/4 acre is fenced in with two entry ways. Wheel chair accessible at the back entrance. We do have dogs as well that are super friendly.

We also have Pipe Creek that runs through our land so you can cross when water is low to other side of land and also play in the water. 3.5 acres on a hill and lower pasture to just SNIFFF SNIFFF AND RUN. ________________________________ A perfect spot for professional trainers, police and military to train based on terrain, creek , for search and recovery or as a pack training . we have natural borders and are tucked 1000 ft into the woods, nobody can see our house or land. We are located across from the township park , which hosts baseball games, a shelter for events, and walking trail. Our house where you park has capacity for 8 vehicles, we have outdoor acres where we places sun chairs, cut in trails into woods, natural obstacles for training and also have a fire pit. We are planning on adding 2 more fire pits on the land for those who rent to camp the weekend with the babies, RV hookup available ; vacation with your furry family; priced per event or overnight visit, please email us also for any pack plays and walks.
