Come and enjoy the space with your furry four (or however many) legged friend(s)! There is a dog run, and I will provide some amenities such as doggie bags, sunscreen, snacks/beverage (at least always water available), a trash receptacle for waste as well as a fire pit and a covered back porch area (where you can easily see and access your pets) for you to sit and enjoy for either shade or cover from the other elements.... All I would ask is that you please be mindful that I have tenants as well as the fact that I reside at the property as well with my teenage son and pick up after your animals and yourself. I would also require that you please park your vehicles out front (there is plenty of off street parking) and refrain from parking in the driveway as that space is for both myself and my tenants and we all frequently come and go and need to be able to do so at our convenience. It is a drama free space and I would prefer to keep it that way! I have no dogs, however my tenants do have two of them, one big dog and one small one, but they tend to walk them around the block and they are always on leashes. I have a cat that sometimes gets outside but I'm not worried about her, and there are other neighborhood cats that frequently come in our yard for whatever reason .... Anyways that's about all! If you are in town for the track or enjoying Saratoga or even rent here, but need a place to let your dog run free that is not a dog park our yard for you. When you rent the yard, you will have exclusive use of the yard with no other dogs for your dogs safety and enjoyment.

Come explore the hay fields of Three Oaks Farm! We are a family owned beef and pork producer on 124 acres in Fort Edward, NY and would like to share our fields with you and your dog(s)! Enjoy private, mowed paths while the hay is growing, or a completely open field that’s great for frisbee when it’s cut! This setting is perfect for a leisurely walk/run, photo opportunities in the grass/wildflowers or with the three large oak trees as a backdrop! We often share our fields with all sorts of wildlife including Bald Eagles, Osprey, geese, pheasants, deer, owls, hawks, song birds of all varieties and the occasional partridge! If your dog likes to swim after a walk, there is a swimming spot near the Dead Creek bridge! Parking is on our 1st field road right after the Dead Creek bridge, and is directly off County Route 46. The parking area is marked in the photos. Feel free to park in the grass close to the field road or on the field road itself- it matters not to us. **The east portion of the field does have 2 paddocks of hot electric fence- it is easy to see the wire and posts. We do have beef cows/calves and large pigs that are sometimes near the fence line- they are friendly and use to dogs; however, we strongly discourage attempting to pet them, feed them, or allowing dogs to get too close to them or the fence.

Bottomless Smells. 100 acre farm. Lots of space for your doggos and you to roam. It is a rustic magical place. Parking is far from the street down a gravel driveway. Safe for your pup and you to get out of the car. You can park anywhere. If you feel comfortable you can drive down to the lower field to get even further away from the road. I live down the street while I am fixing up the old house. So, there maybe someone at work in the house. Once you park, the best walking is down to the creek. Go to the lower field and look for the opening in the woods. 150yards from field is the creek. On a hot day, wear good creek shoes and walk up and down creek. If you cross the creek there is a great trail that circles around to the Powerline. Warnings: 1. there are lots of deer! 2. There are old barns. Do Not enter any of the buildings! They are very dangerous!!!! I have rescued reactive dogs. I want to create a safe space for your dogs and you to enjoy this great property.

Our Sniffspot is our fully fenced, backyard attached to the house, with a private entrance from the driveway. All breeds are welcome. Reactive dogs are welcome. This centrally located spot in the Capital Region will be a comfortable, safe and fun space for you and your dog(s) to play. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Guilderland (near the borders of Albany and North Bethlehem) with ample driveway space. Easy access to the backyard - you can use the private black metal side gate (pictured) to enter the backyard. You’ll find ample space for running and playing. Street parking; walk to the back of the building where you’ll find the fence gate held closed by a loose metal chain. NOTE: This fence is old and not secure. If you have a dog that is prone to running away please be mindful that they may be able to jump or slip underneath the fence.

We have 60 acres, fully fenced. There are walking trails, a spring fed pond, and a dock diving pool. There are port-potties at the entrance. Parts of the hiking area approaches the kennel areas (separated by fence) so we ask you to keep your dogs under voice control and in sight, away from kennel areas.

This is truly a private dog park! This fenced area is not connected to my house, nor is it visible from our house windows (only one bathroom window facing that way). It’s also not visible from the road or neighbors. For safety, there are double gates at the entrance. The area is mostly grassy except for a turf covered area that is prone to mud. Basic items are available like a dish for water, towels, a lawn chair, poop bags, a paw cleaner, long lines and a shovel to throw poo in the woods. Also, there are 2 trees for shade, a hose available, a sprinkler and 2 kiddie pools for your use. This area is used for my dog walking business a few hours per week but is available otherwise.
