Come and enjoy the space with your furry four (or however many) legged friend(s)! There is a dog run, and I will provide some amenities such as doggie bags, sunscreen, snacks/beverage (at least always water available), a trash receptacle for waste as well as a fire pit and a covered back porch area (where you can easily see and access your pets) for you to sit and enjoy for either shade or cover from the other elements.... All I would ask is that you please be mindful that I have tenants as well as the fact that I reside at the property as well with my teenage son and pick up after your animals and yourself. I would also require that you please park your vehicles out front (there is plenty of off street parking) and refrain from parking in the driveway as that space is for both myself and my tenants and we all frequently come and go and need to be able to do so at our convenience. It is a drama free space and I would prefer to keep it that way! I have no dogs, however my tenants do have two of them, one big dog and one small one, but they tend to walk them around the block and they are always on leashes. I have a cat that sometimes gets outside but I'm not worried about her, and there are other neighborhood cats that frequently come in our yard for whatever reason .... Anyways that's about all! I have a vinyl fence which dogs can see through the pickets on two sides facing front yard and side street, I rescued a dog from Homeward Bound 12 years ago and they had to come to my house to see the yard and inspect me home. If your interested in a off leash experience without worry we have a 2 acre spot for your four legged love to enjoy without the fear of a failed recall. We just ask you stay out of the cows pasture, barn , chicken coops and do not open any gates despite what the cows might tell you ;) Our beautiful working farm is a natural environment shared by abundant wildlife deer, herons, and wild turkeys who roam the property and potentially could access the fenced area. When our Sniffspot guests are not visiting the fenced area is home to our flock of sheep. They happily do the “mowing” for us so you may notice some spots where the field isn’t perfectly “mowed” or gifts they have left behind! Nice corner yard, fenced in with a 4' fence. Chairs for sitting, there is a firepit, there are dog balls, theres even a retired kids sandbox thats never used that can be dug up. On nicer evenings, there's runners from RPI and Troy High, which can be invigorating and exciting and should be taken into account for your pet, especially if they can leap over fences.

Our Sniffspot is our fully fenced, backyard attached to the house, with a private entrance from the driveway. All breeds are welcome. Reactive dogs are welcome. This centrally located spot in the Capital Region will be a comfortable, safe and fun space for you and your dog(s) to play. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Guilderland (near the borders of Albany and North Bethlehem) with ample driveway space. Easy access to the backyard - you can use the private black metal side gate (pictured) to enter the backyard. You’ll find ample space for running and playing. There’s even a dedicated smaller fenced in dog area within the larger fenced in backyard (if you’d like to use that dog-friendly space as well). For the humans, there is a large covered porch, with ample seating and outlets for charging your phone. For dogs, there is a water bowl with readily accessible hose for water, toys and treats available for use while in the backyard. Bottomless Smells. 100 acre farm. Lots of space for your doggos and you to roam. It is a rustic magical place. Parking is far from the street down a gravel driveway. Safe for your pup and you to get out of the car. You can park anywhere. If you feel comfortable you can drive down to the lower field to get even further away from the road. I live down the street while I am fixing up the old house. So, there maybe someone at work in the house. Once you park, the best walking is down to the creek. Go to the lower field and look for the opening in the woods. 150yards from field is the creek. On a hot day, wear good creek shoes and walk up and down creek. If you cross the creek there is a great trail that circles around to the Powerline. Warnings: 1. there are lots of deer! 2. There are old barns. Do Not enter any of the buildings! They are very dangerous!!!! I have rescued reactive dogs. I want to create a safe space for your dogs and you to enjoy this great property.

Quiet area, fully fenced. NO chemicals on lawn!! Wi-Fi available. Used to have dog training classes here with 10 dogs, and we had at one time full agility course. Perfect area in Village for dog that doesn't have access to a yard, to come and burn off some energy. Diveway parking available, and water hose outside if they like chasing the spray :).

My name is Cayla I do own a few dogs but them & myself will be nowhere in sight when you and your pup arrive I may have to show you the first time how to get in the yard because the side gate is broken but it’s still there. Your pup will not get out. I am in the middle of trying to get it fixed. My yard isn’t much but it’s a yard. It’s fully fenced in and has a privacy screen all around it because I do have reactive dogs so I don’t like them to see out too much. There is an occasional people walking by with their dogs again you can’t really see out unless you’re very concentrated on it, other than that it’s usually quiet around here. No one goes in the backyard except me and my dogs, but will be away. There’s a trampoline for you and your dogs to enjoy. I have a sprinkler hose and yard they can dig up if they want. 🐾

Come enjoy the beautiful scenic view of Schoharie Valley! You and your pup can enjoy our 55 acres of fields and woods! There is a small stream that runs through the woods for you and your pup to enjoy! Multiple wildlife roam the property! If possible, I like to meet new guests first just to give them a lay of the land! I’ll provide you with a Google image of the property so you know the boundary lines! I also print out a list of local dog friendly eateries as well as other small cafes and shops locally! I provide a garden hose to rinse your pup off if they get a little muddy! And towels to dry them off! I typically have out a few tennis balls amongst other toys as well! And some treats for your pup to enjoy! 😊 Can’t wait for you to come explore Boreali Farms!

There are 2 different spaces to choose from and enjoy depending on if your pup loves the freedom of an open area or a smaller fenced in playground! The lower section: enjoy the walk, down a short green path to the backyard, open space area. There is a large tree for shade and sitting. Lots of room to run, play fetch, and if needed a large runner will be provided. The top section: fenced in, with space to climb stairs, jump on a trampoline, or just sniff, scavenge and explore!🐩🐩
