We have 80 acres in the mid-Michigan area. Our front 40 is partially fenced grass pasture for livestock. The back 40 is wooded and hosts almost 1 mile in walking paths with direct walking access to hundreds of acres of state land. Owners and pets will enjoy a beach, 1 acre pond for swimming and lots of wide open spaces for running. This property is not fenced and good recall is a must. We have chickens that free range around our yard and away from the designated area, but still within view. If your dog is strongly prey driven we cannot accommodate your request to use our land. We also are a Hipcamp host with 5 campsites located around the designated area. Upon arrival to the property there will be signs posted to guide you to the camp area. Please follow these signs to get to the area for parking and playing.

We live on 5 acres not fenced in. The property buts up to a golf course. Beautiful place to walk, or train your dog. We mow about 3 acres of the 5. Snow removal is only by the pole barn. We have Rottweiler on an invisible fence. She is friendly and playfully.

Big open area has 2 open ponds so dogs are able to jump into water. Has optional pavilion, BBQ grill, and fire pits with bundles of wood.

Approximately 50 acres of woods has one main trail and optional side trails. Trails have clear boundary lines so please do not cross into neighboring property.

Come let your pup run lose in our 5 acre of Christmas trees and pine forest.

This is my home, I welcome visitors that respect that it is my home. I’m also a dog trainer, with dogs on the premises regularly. I welcome guests to venture the trails and find the lake, it is state land so be aware of hunters and mountain bikers and cross country skiers.
