There is also a designated 2500sq/ft 9ft-high fenced area on the property you’re welcome to utilize if your dog is an avid jumper or for training. This gorgeous property boasts mature Ponderosas, rolling hills, grassy areas & much more! It is suggested that you survey the property with your doggo on leash until you get familiar with the area. There is a dug out water area that freezes over in Winter and gets a bit muddy in Spring/Summer. Beautiful area fully enclosed with 6' fence at the lowest. Separate entrance to this field from the street. Street parking on dead end road. Approx 400' x 200' field for running or throwing balls or frisbies. Picnic table shaded from afternoon sun. No lighting after dark Weekends tend to get fully booked. If you don't see any open slots Change your criteria to 30 minutes as there might be a 30 minute slot still available. If still no slots contact us as we might have an hour opening between guests. Sniffspot requires 30 minute padding so those gaps won't show up but we might be able to squeeze you in.

All Breed Rescue & Training is a non-profit organization that helps dogs that were deemed unadoptable for whatever reason and were facing euthanasia. We are also a Training Facility where people can learn to train their pups! We teach anything from Basic Obedience and Puppy socialization classes to more Advanced classes and even some fun classes like Nose Work. We also offer behavior training to help those who have dogs that struggle with behavioral issues. The Canine Lifestyle Center (CLC) A tenth of an acre is perfect for agility or for an indoor place to run and play, away from distractions, and with a private bathroom you won't need to leave the space well here! Training Room West This space is smaller and less private but a great space for those with people loving dogs or those wanting to work on their pup's training privately who may lose focus on you when others are around! Behavior Room This space is a similar size to our Training Room West but is a private space with its own entrance and easy access to the front office if you need to use the bathroom or have a question! This space is climate-controlled and a nice space to play or practice with a small agility course or even introduce your pup to new games such as Nose Work! No One will enter the room you book unless you specifically ask for someone to come in. You will have the space completely to yourself until your booked time is over. Please let us know what space you would like to use when booking by adding your room choice to the "add a note to your host" and stating Canine Lifestyle Center, Training Room West, or Behavior Room. The backyard is .25 acres & has both grass along with an area with wood chips. There are some dog friendly wildflowers for a literal sniff spot for the dogs. Kiddie pool will be unavailable starting September 2nd. When you arrive, you can enter through the side gate to the left of the house behind the tree. Please make sure your dog is up to date on their vaccines (rabies, parvo, distemper, etc) to maintain a healthy & safe environment for all the dogs (including my own two + our foster dog). There are treats and poop bags on the chair. Please dispose of poop in the trash (Home Depot bucket) under the stair area. Thanks!

Our Sniffspot is on approximately 2 acres and is completely fenced in. Access the pasture in the north gate. Drive into the pasture and then close the gate behind you. Then let those fur babies run. Next to the barn is a table & 2 chairs. Water is available under the deck, please bring your own bowl. Please use the trash can to clean up after your pups. Please book your reservation during daylight hours. Obviously this will change based on time of year. Our house color is barnyard red and the gates are past the house. Yakalo Ranch is located at the Edge of Pike National Forest, rich with rock formations, trails, natural springs, streams and small rivers with small wade pools and picnic areas. Take a short scenic trip to the past on Old Stage Road after passing the Cheyanne Zoo. 3 1/2 miles up Old Stage Rd, originally constructed in the late 19th century to provide access to the flourishing mining towns of Victor and Cripple Creek, you will see a parking lot on your right.

Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. Last minute bookings are welcome! We provide a bucket full of a variety of toys, fresh water and clean bowls, and a kiddie pool for your pups to enjoy. Our hose and sprinkler are available for guest use. We provide several shaded seating areas and folding chairs, as well as hand sanitizer and sunscreen for humans. You’ll also find a bucket of towels on the porch that you can use to dry off a wet pup or wipe grass away from paws. We have two large trees that provide lots of shade in the summer. Our spot is setup to be a private experience, so it will just be you and your pup during your booking. You are welcome to invite guests to your booking; please make sure they are informed on parking areas and where to enter. Our six foot privacy fence is newly built and has no holes or gaps. Our spot is great for energetic, playful, or reactive pups. Please note that while our yard is wheelchair accessible, our porch is not. If you need me to move anything down into the yard for your convenience, please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate.

Come on over a run free on our little slice of heaven! This 2 acre hidden gem is nestled in the middle of town. Stroll along the creek, adventure through the trees or romp in the open field. This property is truly a doggo's paradise! Please park on the street in front of the gate. Stay safe, keep your fur baby leashed until both you and your dog(s) are through the gate. If you don't want a mess, stay away from the cattails as it is VERY muddy (if your dog enjoys a good mud bath, go for it!). Please pick up after yourselves and ENJOY!!!

40 acres of wildflowers and natural grasses with a natural spring-fed creek, sandy beaches and rolling hills. Fenced along the highway, and on either side, but open everywhere else! I recommend a long leash or lead for escape artists, as the fence is meant for livestock and will not keep in a determined doggo! Come dip your toes in the crystal clear stream with stunning views of Pikes Peak. Ultra private, neighbors would need binoculars to see you! Quick and easy access off the highway, park in the grass next to the red chair and explore with your pup. Parking area is shown in last photo, please do not cross the bridge with your vehicle, but completely free to roam on foot and paw! Please watch for cacti and burrs! Thank you!
