Truly a gem of property. Wide open, with rolling hills, and just a bit of wooded area. It is my dogs dream of a place and I'm so thankful and grateful to have rented it. Will absolutely be back all we can to enjoy it. If you have a wooly or curly dog, bring a brush in case of burs.

Great property! Easy to follow instructions, clean as a whistle, beautiful landscape. If your dog is great or even fair at recall, they will have a blast. Appreciate the waste bucket & bag station at the parking area.

This may have been the best 90 minutes of my dog’s year to date! For a dog-reactive, occasionally people-spooked city dog, Rookie’s park was a dream: a huge, open expanse filled with interesting smells and the chance to run to her heart’s content. Diya is an independent soul with her own idea of recall, but I felt very safe with her off-leash here. The space has great visibility and well-defined borders—you’re far from roads and nothing beyond Rookie’s is more enticing that all that’s in it. Very clean, gently rolling landscape easy to traverse, beautiful ponds—perhaps the best Sniffspot ever!

Really lovely open space to let the dogs run free! If your dog doesn’t have a pretty solid recall I wouldn’t let them be off leash here but otherwise it is so much fun!

We had so much fun at this spot. It was wide open with lots of room to run and enough land that we felt safe having the dogs off leash! A great place for the dogs to burn off some energy.

We had an amazing time here! The amount of land for the dogs to run around is unmatched and it comes with plenty of weeded areas for the dogs to sniff through as well. This is a new favorite and we'll be booking again!

We really enjoyed how big the space was to wander around. I have an anxious dog and he does a lot better in wide open spaces. He enjoyed jumping on hay bales and playing with his friend. It was a quiet spot, we saw some farm animals in the distance but no other dogs or people.

My two German shepherds were in heaven when I let them out of the crates. They ran, explored and played tag with each other. Because of the large spaces, one hour was enough to give them a great workout where they could stretch every muscle. I was a bit confused as to where the borders ended but I can easily solve that by examining the photos next time we go. I am planning another visit next week!

Beautiful area and land. We had no issues with the fencing and the dogs loved the pool and the toys. Plenty of water and room to run and play fetch. Nice shady area to sit and there was minimal bugs. We will be back!

Fantastic space and very well maintained! Surrounding trees provide a lot of shade in the grass in the afternoon, water for the dogs and a kiddy pool were great for the heat as well!

Location is beautiful. Fence is secure and grass in pasture is well maintained. Trees along perimeter provide some shade. Dog toys, water bowls, doggie pool available in barn. Host was most welcoming. We will definitely be back.
