Fully fenced backyard, grassy, lots of trees and smells! Dogs in neighboring yards to run the fence with. Metal gate to the left of house is the entrance to the yard, there is a bungee cord below the latch to secure It a bit more.

1 acre is mowed, which leads to a bridge that goes across the creek where the trails begin. I had recent drain work done in my yard, which will be getting graded/seeded at the end of May if the ground ever dries out, lol I have a grill available if you'd like to turn your visit into a pup picnic. ($10) Inside the Sniffspot Cabin, you will find grill utensils, small snacks, and beverages. Enjoy!

There is a stamped patio with lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs, furniture, pergola that provides shade and a table. My yard is not fenced however it is safe and on the main route five and 20. I am ideal for anyone traveling east or west in New York State that might need to stop to go potty or just a break to go have a minute away from your animal while you’re traveling I can be found on Facebook LinkedIn Rover. I have so many references. My yard is safe. My dog is friendly and I am always flexible. My spot is open to stop and play or for dogs at me and socialization. My pet is safe for other dogs.

This property is very close to the end of charlotte beach. Either take a walk down to the port or hang out in our fully fenced in backyard, perfect for your doggy!

Our back yard is a great spot to let your pups explore and use that sniffer while you get to relax. We have a fire pit if you want to have a fire, a couch and patio table. Half the yard is grass, the other half is “natural”. There are a couple safe wood piles that your dogs will love to climb over and sniff in, my dogs sure do love it!! There’s also a nice long area for your dog to play fetch. The back yard is like an amusement park for your furry friend.
