Rent your own private dog park in Downtown Cleveland. Includes an indoor, climate controlled area* and an outdoor area. Located at Cleveland’s newest dog attraction, Bark Boarding! If you’d like to rent our adjacent space with a swimming pool, please contact us to make arrangements. The pool bay is not included with the standard SniffSpot rental. *The HVAC will keep the space more comfortable than outdoors, but it will be kept set around 55-60. * We use a chlorine based cleaner between each visit to keep our guests as safe as possible. This is less harsh than other options while being just as effective, food safe, and contact safe for pups and companions. The result is the area may smell like an indoor pool. Some guests may be sensitive to this smell.

We have about an acre fully fenced and another little bit of wilderness in the back. There's tall trees for shade/sniffing and a big open field in the middle. My dog is reactive and this yard has been a great space for him to run free and we'd love to share it to give other dogs a chance to have a safe space to run too :)

Sit back and relax while your dog runs around in our fully fenced-in yard (6ft privacy fence). Our quiet neighborhood is the perfect playtime oasis for dogs of all sizes and behaviors. Our neighbors next to us do NOT have dogs, but occasionally, you may hear children playing. We have two dogs in the house, but they rarely bark, and we will try to have them upstairs when you are here. My husband is often working from home, but he will not leave the office or bother you when you are here. The deck and all dog amenities (toys, water bowl, poop bags, hose) are available for you to use. The water valve for the hose is behind the couch on the deck. We just ask that you turn off the hose, pick up poop, and fully latch the gate on your way out. Poop bags can go in the bucket on the stone bench. Parking is available on the street, or you can park on the parking pad. Enter and exit through the gate on the left side of the house (when facing the house from the street). Thanks so much! ☺️

Spacious yard to run and play. You can park on left side of driveway or in the street. Enter thru the gate on the side of the house on the side street. Sheds and fire pit are off limits but patio is fair game. If the hammock is out, feel free to kick back. Sit and relax while your dog/s plays. Please clean up after your pet in the designated can. We are located on a no outlet street in Munson (Chardon), Ohio. Our home has several acres; one acre is securely fenced in with a combination of decorative fencing and chain link. All of the gates have an extra "lock" in order to secure they are latched while closed. The base of the fence is routinely inspected for gaps or escape routes and every measure is taken in order to make sure all dogs remain within the fenced in area. The space has a combination of open grass, wooded areas and even trails for dogs and their owners to explore while visiting my spot. The humans may sit on the seating by the woods, the "ice cream bench" slider, the furniture on the deck or the benches around the fire pit. Bags and/or a a pooper scooper are provided for waste. We kindly ask our guests to treat our property with respect. Owners must remain on the premises with their dog(s) at all times. Fresh Water is provided for each visit; the bowl is cleaned and sanitized before each visit. Please adhere to your reserved time, as sometimes I have back-to-back bookings and have my own dogs I schedule accordingly. Thank you for visiting my private park!

Let your pup enjoy our wonderful fully-fenced yard in Solon! It is small dog approved with wood slats at the bottom of the fence to ensure the little guys can’t escape. (Our pup is 4 lbs and can’t get out). It is perfect for large dogs as well with tons of space for them to run! There is a deck with patio furniture for you to sit and watch your pup.

Sniffspot Welcome to Tell Tail Farm! A private 2 acre-fully fenced yard with horses and chickens coming home in spring of 2025. We have an additional 3 acres of woods and a pond that is UNFENCED at the back of the property that is accessible through a gate that you are also welcome to explore. We get plenty of wild animals in our yard and have dogs of our own so there are PLENTY! Of smells for your pets to enjoy. All humans and pets will stay inside for your visit unless requested otherwise. When we get a lot of rain, a small pond forms in the back of the yard (pictured) but it’s not there in the extreme summer heat. I have a kiddy pool, water bowls and a hose outside that is usable in the spring, summer and fall. Toys, poop bags, chairs for humans, a nice patio to sit on, picnic table, and a fire pit patio with string lights all available for use! Hand sanitizer is also available and if it rains, we will open up the garage for a rain shelter with chairs! We do not use any pesticides or fertilizer on our property but will spray for ticks in the spring and summer. We cut the grass 1-2x per week but even more in the spring to keep the grass super short and our house sits on top of a hill for added exercise. Our backyard is your backyard! Let your dog(s) run and play in our fully fenced backyard. You can relax while they play - it’s very peaceful. We do have neighbor dogs on one side but they are seldom outside. Spring to Fall there’s a comfy seating area. Our gardens (fenced off from dogs) are yours to enjoy. Come, sit, stay a while as your dogs release that pent up energy. It’s fun in the snow! Our yard can be muddy in wet seasons, bring towels for dog wipe down during those times please.l
This is a fully fenced backyard with beautiful green grass and a small cement area for a fire pit. There is a fully furnished deck and in the warmer weather there would be access to water. There may be driveway parking but there is always street parking directly across from the house.

4ft fence, perfect to play off leash. There is a dog pool if dogs like to splash around. Feel free to use the hose to fill up pool or dog bowl. The pool is stored in the brown garden box next to the hose. There is a small portable fence that can be used to wrap around the water garden feature to prevent the dogs from jumping in as that can get them muddy.

Calling all Furr babies! 🐶❤️. Time to run & roam freely on 2.9 fully fenced acres in Wadsworth Township. We have a fully fenced front yard & back yard with gates to separate both! There is also a non fenced portion of our land with a bit taller brush & trees far beyond our fence line that is a beautiful back drop as well. We sometimes mow paths thru this section for “trail walks” or “wagon rides”. There is plenty of room to run and roam so we hope you enjoy!! ** WINTER Months- please feel free to message anytime about Trail and Lake conditions before booking or day of reservation. It is extremely important around lake when iced over that you dog stay with you, leash around lake trail for safety if they will run ahead. Also you may need to park at gate and walk in if you do not have 4x4 ** * please check messages, I send out first timers info msgs and other information msgs that you may need to know* Dog paradise! Trails throughout, 3 acre lake, fenced in 24 acres. So much to do and explore. This is a natural area including woods and lake. Recall is still important. A great spot for recall training. We check fence regularly the best we can and I run 4x4 each morning to try and move out any wildlife. However It is such a large space if your pup does not stick with you. There could be times during day when we may miss if a critter has dug out under fence or branch has fallen. You know your dog(s) so use your best judgement if you feel they will be safe. It really is such an awesome space, we have learned after buying it is actually an old sandstone rock quarry! You will see lots a rocks throughout trails. Please watch steps for rocks and roots on trails. We have a small farmyard with ducks, chickens and pigs. They are fenced in their own area. Main trail in woods comes out behind the farm. If you are unsure of how dogs will react please leash while passing to ensure safety of all. We hope you and your dog(s) have the best time and enjoy 🐾 Hours- because of the way the property is set up we can only regularly open certain times. Regular hours M-F 8am-2pm Saturdays- will be open as we are able to, it will be sporadic as we typically are out working on property or with our dogs on weekends. 😀 thanks!
