By the house there is a deck and patio with hose access and seating. There are tall grass meadow areas and mown grass play areas along with trails through the tall grass and plenty of voles to hunt around for. We have 2 50lb- ish dogs who play here all day who can be new friends or kept inside depending on your preference and theirs. The pond is full of nature and a very nice spot to cool off. As the weather is changing and days are getting longer, we plan to stay open till 9pm or longer just depending on daylight. 🐶 If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place for your fur babies to play you have found the right spot. This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and almost 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have 2 huge tires and an A Frame ladder). This is privately owned land in Chelsea and will allow you to take your dog for a run in a mowed area with sections of long grass and also for a run through the woods. The wooded area has a significant amount of wetland that the doggies love to get filthy in so bring towels if you expect your dogs to run in the woods. You may see deer and other wild animals on the property. This is an awesome spot to take your pupper out in the wilds for a truly unique dog park experience. My puppers have a blast whenever we bring them out - and so does my 15 year old son. Please be careful on the wooded path as there are a lot of trip hazards in the form of dead trees and logs.

Just 25 minutes from Ann Arbor. Property has a pond, woods and plenty of room to run. I have horses on the property in their own fenced in areas that the dogs may enjoy and you too! There is an indoor arena for enclosed covered area if needed on a rainy day. The arena will need notice so that I can close off the horses for you to use if you like. There is also a very quiet dirt road that you can take walks down to see this beautiful area. There are several old Henry Ford buildings in my area, his summer working mill is just down the road for any history buffs

I have 2 acres of property that sits next to another 2 acres of hay field. A lot of space to run around on! My property has a ditch in the back where your dog would love to sniff out! It is not fenced so if your don’t doesn’t listen to your commands I would not bring it unless you keep it on a leash!

Owners may use our driveway closest to that side of the land. Be mindful as we do have cameras. The firepit area is off limits but the rest of the property is yours for your entire stay. There is a trash bin available near the fire pit for your buddy's little brown droppings.
