Bring your pups to enjoy our 1/2 acre fully fenced yard with short cut maintained grass, sparkling salt water swimming pool, covered seating area with ceiling fan, fully stocked outdoor drink fridge, and free Wi-Fi, where you and rover can comfortably play, swim, and relax. Poop bags, hand sanitizer, and dog toys are available at no extra charge. We offer a 6 foot board on board privacy fence on the sides of our property between neighboring lots, and a 6 foot wrought iron fence along the back and front so you and your pup can take in the amazing scenic view. (Gaps in wrought iron fence are 3 7/8"; please take this into consideration if you have a teacup/small dog and/or reactive dog). Off-street parking is available, along with a private entry so you can come and go as necessary. **NO MORE THAN 3 HUMANS MAY ATTEND RESERVATION**

My yard is your yard….all I ask is you respect it is as such. Depending on the season depends on the amenities provided(kiddie pool, sprinkler) There will always be somewhere to sit back while your pup enjoys his time in the yard. We provide poop bags, full water bowls, milk bones, toys(tennis balls, frisbees and ropes), and towels as needed.

Welcome to our own tiny piece of paradise—17.5 acres of rolling hills, a 9 hole disc golf course (bring your discs!), a huge pond (you are welcome to fish), lots of trees along the back creek with a bench swing under a tall elm tree, tall grass, mowed pasture, walking trails, benches, bottled water, a convenience station, and we are very animal friendly. Be aware you could see deer, fox, raccoons, skunks, bunnies, pigs, horses, cows, etc as we do live in a rural area. During the holidays we will have cute selfie/photo spots set up if you’d like Fall/Halloween/Christmas pictures in a beautiful outdoor setting. We also have TONS of bluebonnets by the pond every spring if you’d like bluebonnet pics with your pups. We look forward to hosting you soon.

We look forward to having all our pup friends and their humans back soon in our new and improved spot!** In the Park Cities, Uptown and central Dallas areas it is hard to find dog parks that aren’t muddy or over crowded, making it nerve-racking for small or shy dogs. With lush green grass, paved stone areas and large mature trees, this yard in the nearby Bird Streets is a dog’s paradise. Our house sits on a half-acre corner lot and has a large fully fenced backyard with unique areas. There is plenty of space for running, playing fetch, or just relaxing in the grass. A splash pad provides some extra fun during these hot summer days. We keep capacity limited in order to provide a custom experience and to keep the massive amounts of space a haven for your porches. If the outdoor fan isn't set up on the deck, please feel free to grab it from the shed on the north(or left if you are facing the house). You don't need to put it back. I'm sure other guests would enjoy it as well. Open up the umbrella, and take a seat at the picnic table. There are chair cushions for extra comfort. I welcome some feedback or ideas on how to make the space better. I'm new to this sort of thing, so as I learn more I'm sure that the amenities/extras/etc will evolve over time.

Hi there! My name is Nat and I’m so excited for you and your fur-babies to come visit my home. I work from home during the week and have 2 fur babies with me, Apollo and Meliodas. Despite redundant training and boarding school Meliodas has always been on the reactive side. When I heard about sniff spots I knew that I wanted to be able to both take him to places where he felt safe and create a place where other reactive dogs felt safe as well. On top of this, I am a full time Foster Dog Momma so creating a space that is both enriching and dog friendly is my top priority. The house is completely fenced in by a 7ft wood fence and I also live in a gated community for extra peace of mind.

Tons of space to roam and very flexible schedule. Backyard comes with a doggie house with water for them to beat the heat. Come let your paw family stretch their legs.
