There were some neighbors on the other side (for a party, I think) but it was high enough so he couldn't see them. It was also good practice for Teddy to learn that strangers doesn't always mean bad people.

Although i would say it'd be smart to carry around a pet first aid kit just in case she did hurt her back paw on a rock when she slipped but she was also not watching where she was going. Best spot for shy dogs to explore the nature! Very private and my dog enjoyed swimming the the creek. The little trail going down from the highway is steep so make sure you wear hiking shoes not flip flops.
My dog had lot of fun running around and the humans got to grill some marshmallows on the fire pit. We will be back :-)
