1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 4-5 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are occasionally in an adjacent fenced area. Although we put up a visual barrier in that area, they may bark when you are nearby. We have a number of fun features for dogs, including three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), two smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a small round jump, a tunnel, a wooden spool, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating - bring your picnic lunch. Running water, dog bowls, and grocery bags for poop are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, additional poop bags, and an umbrella are located inside the tool box seat near the entrance. We can also host dog birthday parties, gotcha day parties, or breed/litter get-togethers! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions at all.

3 acres of private farmland! Fenced all the way around! Great water views as you can see from drone pics. Front part of property is a wedding venue, very picturesque! No children under 10 allowed. This is a hobby farm that is not child proofed or baby proofed and people tend to not pay as close attention to children and they wander, it’s a big safety concern for me. Sorry. Private off road parking for 1-10 vehicles. The pole barn is NOT included in the rental, only the yard. I have a water bowl & spigot available at walk gate, please use all you’d like. You & your pup are welcome to play with random toys laying around, enjoy but please leave them on site. I do live on the property and occasionally will need to come in or out of my barn, I will communicate with you as best I can. Please advise if you have a reactive dog. Pastures are mowed every week, in the summer the grass grows fast; you may experience longer tasseled grass or short depending on the the day. Hi there. I have a 12 acre hay pasture that is fenced for livestock but does not have dog proof fencing on all sides unless you have a (very) large dog. There is a pond that dogs love to play in, and a dirt mound for digging. There are plenty of pecan trees for shade. The neighbors on one side have a dog (i think), and sometimes people ride their horses down the dirt road and can be seen. People are rarely seen.

Your dog can access the river from a shallow water entrance or swim in the pool. Enjoy the fire pit at sunset or I can accommodate a sunrise.

We live on five acres. Tucked away off of 27 or (SR 45) on a dirt road. If you are planning a day at the springs, we are located 20 min from Poe, blue, Ginnie and Rum Island springs. The property is not completely fenced. We have a picnic table under a muscadine grape vine or a open fire pit area to relax. If I am home I will give access to my restroom in my house. I have 2 small dogs, 2 cats, chickens, ducks and rabbits. They will be secured in enclosures before you arrive. I am starting a hobby pond, it does have a liner with water and pump, but that's it. Not great for swimming, but makes for a giant bone shaped water bowl. You can park next to carport and have fun with your fur baby. P.S. basket on side of carport will include doggie bags, hand sanitizer, bug spray for humans, doggie treats, cooler with cold water. I have water bowls available. Access to water hose as well. Old towels to clean paws and shoes.
