Brian provides tennis balls, a frisbee, treats, and water for the dogs. And also, bottled water and chairs for the human guests! As noted, the property is not fenced. However, it runs deep behind his home. And the pond is located way back. My dog is still working on recall, so there was a concern. The stream on the trail was definitely a plus for the boys. My Labrador very much enjoyed the water. I booked an hour and a half just in case and my two high strung dogs were tired within 45 mins. Definitely will be coming back to this spot!
