The site is open from sunrise to sunset, seven days a week. All dogs owned by residents of Westminster, both in Adams and Jefferson counties, are required by law to be licensed. Get more information on dog licensing in Westminster. Dogs must be leashed when entering or leaving the off-leash area, and owners must have a visible leash at all times. Dogs are not allowed to chase or harass wildlife or other dogs. Owners may not leave their dogs unattended. Animals must be spayed or neutered. Owners must remove dog’s waste.

We would love to have your dog come run in our indoor sand arena. Farm animals present on property and friendly with dogs. Please keep yourself and your pets on opposite side of the fence from the animals. Take a lovely walk in the woods with your dog, let them sniff and enjoy nature. Three acres of forest, fully fenced for your enjoyment. This is not the average suburban development -- this is more like hiking in the National Forest. Lots of squirrels to chase, sniffs to enjoy and hills to run up and down. You won't have any issues with dogs or people on adjacent properties! This property is surrounded by National Forest and unfenced/unused private property. In addition, you have another acre for agility, complete with jumps, tunnels, dog walk, a-frame, teeter, etc. All high end equipment. The running surface is flat & covered with wood chips. The wood chips are all from local trees, so no worries about added chemicals, etc.

Unlighted dog parks are open from sunrise to sundown, 7 days a week Lighted dog parks are open from 5am-11pm, 7 days a week* Dogs must be spayed or neutered, or have a current Denver Intact Permit (Denver residents) Dogs must have current rabies and Denver dog license. Pets, other than dogs, are not permitted in a dog park. Only activities common and customary for playing with, training and exercising dogs are allowed. No other uses, including other park uses and commercial uses, are allowed in a dog park.

Fully fenced, 48” pvc fence (see photos) with wire attached to prevent escape. A small pool for drinking/soaking (water will be changed between dogs). Room to run! The grass natural prairie type grass with some weeds. I do pull all thorny type weeds so there should be no sticker burs, goat heads or foxtails. I have two dogs that I will keep inside during your visit.

Fully fenced 1/2 acre pasture with amazing views. Where a dog can be a dog 😊 We are planning to expand to 3 of our 5 acres hopefully by spring. Goats, chickens and horses live on the farm. They are separated by 2 fences. Depending on the time of day, horses, goats and chickens may be visible.

Open field on back half of property. Native flora, not irrigated at this time (future plans). Animal waterer & hydrant on field SE corner of barn, water hydrant also in parking area with jug and bowl. Table & chairs by the barn and inside pavilion attached to barn (shade area), has a refrigerator to cool your drinks and water. Active goathead eradication. Have lure coursing available by appointment (must confirm by message for operator availability) and custom agility equipment (must make special arrangement for using that) and check ahead, the agility equipment is sometimes out at other locations for events. We know of a trainer who may be offering classes for Agility, Obedience & Behavior Modification at our location. If interested please contact us and provide your information, the trainer will setup a class time when we have sufficient interest to fill a class of 3-6 people at our location.
