Fully fenced in private yard with short grass, perfect for your pups to play fetch in. Two XL cooling dog beds, one with sunshade. Water bowls available for use, hose available for use and considering getting a baby pool on the consensus of the pups. 🐶 In-ground pool not for use but is gated within the yard. Paver patio with comfy seating for humans, and I have a few things in the yard for kids to play on. I do have two dogs of my own, a 16-year-old husky mix and a five-year-old boxer mix who will remain inside during use. There are two gates that you can choose from to come in, one is 10 feet wide if you would like to pull your car in. We’re on a dead end also so parking is a breeze. This yard has been well-loved by kids and dogs through the past 25 years. The past 11 it was a place for our German Shepherd to run around and play ball in all types of weather. So we decided to open it up for others to enjoy please bring your dog let him or her run around. There's a bucket with dog toys there's a bowl for water please dump it when you are done and return all the toys back to the bucket.

We offer an opportunity for your dog to run around, explore, swim, and enjoy the time with. We do dog boarding here for families of Brick, Toms River, Point Pleasant, Manasquan and other local areas. We don't always have dogs here and then we are doing drop in visits with them. When this happenes, we open up our space as a Sniffspot for those looking for a tranquil, private area for their pups. Bring your coffee, breakfast or a lunch as you enjoy your time on the deck while your dog spends time laying in the sun or having fun exploring its surroundings. The rule is though your must clean up after yourself and take your garbage with you. If you'd like to use the pool, please note that it's an extra service and not included by default. Our large, quiet backyard provides a perfect getaway for your dog, complete with shady spots for a nap. Hi! My backyard is the perfect spot for you and your doggo to hang out outside for a few hours. Bring your laptop and get some work done on the Wi-Fi, or lounge around in the chairs or hammock while your pup works off their zoomies. Hose, toys, treats, Wi-Fi readily available. The beach is a few blocks away in one direction and Hylan boulevard is in the other direction.

For the humans: we have a table with seats & a cooler - please clean & return items after using! We do have a few cameras set up in our backyard for security reasons. Video is recorded and saved to our cloud. Please note for reactive dogs: our direct neighbors do have dogs, although they are not usually out all day long. Our yard is fully fenced, although other dogs can be seen as fencing is see through. Both dogs directly next door are friendly and may even run up & down the fence if your dog would like. 😊

Welcome to Brookside! This fenced in field is located on the lower half of my property. Set up with 6 foot fencing, this field is secure and ready for pups to play. The field is connected to a building that is currently not in use. There is an overhang that covers a small portion of the field for sun shade and weather protection. Please do not drive across the bridge - foot traffic only! I know it’s tempting to explore the surrounding acreage on property, however off leash exploring is NOT allowed in the acreage surrounding the field! If your pup would like to swim in the brook, please reach out to me for info on how to access the water!
