Gracie’s 5-Acre Sniff Spot was exactly what my dog, Davy, needed! This park-like haven gave him the freedom to explore, sniff, and play in a safe, private space—something he rarely gets as a reactive dog. The property is beautifully maintained with plenty of enrichment opportunities, and the welcoming owners made the experience even better. Davy, who is 10 and has never been off-leash in a large area, spent an hour happily investigating and came home tired and content. I can’t recommend this spot enough for dog owners looking for a stress-free and enriching environment. We’ll absolutely be back for more adventures! Jeanne C

Such an amazing spot! My pup had so much fun sniffing around all the smells, running laps, and exploring the large property. The host(s) were absolutely lovely as well, they allowed us such a great day out in such a nice area.

we were pleasantly surprised as the spot was better than expected. A 5 acre park-like setting fully fenced for our very energetic hound/lab mix pup. Not only scenic but we were comfortable with the security and not to mention the high-end treats, toys and friendly owners. We plan to make this a routine visit! Never saw our pup so happy!!!!

This is a very spacious piece of well maintained, clean, manicured property run by two very nice people. I was a little uncertain about the whole Sniff Spot idea before going to this spot - after having been there today (2/7/25) I will definitely WITUUT QUESTION bring my dogs back there for other enjoyable outings. And I say this despite the fact that I live 50 minutes away from this address. This is a great "Sniffspot."

Really great spot to bring your pups! Dennis and Janet are really nice folks who clearly love dogs and they have a beautiful giant yard to share with them. Lots of toys and plenty of space to play with them, we’d recommend this spot to everyone!! They brought out fresh water for them, and played with them while we were talking, great experience!

We had such a wonderful time. With the peace of mind knowing they were safe and able to run and explore to their hearts content with out worrying about other dogs or them getting loose. We can’t wait to come back. The hosts were wonderful and even played fetch with my shepherd. Would definitely recommend, they provided water and snacks that my dogs loved.

Had a great time, dogs are tired and the location is stunning! Will definitely come back again with my crew and appreciate all of the attention/care of the location. Arrived and messaged Janice and the gate was then opened. Drove in and parked in the driveaway with immediate and easy access to the gate for entry. The space has lots of shade for your dogs to cool down and there is access to water! There were treats and toys and you can tell dogs are well loved in this home! Loved every second and love that my dogs curled up and were asleep early on in the drive back home. Thanks for such a lovely time.

The host, Janice, met me when I arrived and showed me where the water, treats and toys were located. She is very pleasant. The property is nice and it was great to just let the dogs off leash to explore and go where they wanted to. With five acres of fenced area, the dogs got plenty of exercise. We will be going back.

This is our second time coming to Janice’s backyard and we love it. Janice is a generous, accommodating host and loves the doggies that come. There’s always has toys, treats, and water. Just what we needed today.

Hosts were very friendly and accessing the SniffSpot was easy! Dogs under 15 pounds MAY be able to squeeze under the front gate if they were determined to, treats and recall recommended for little dogs in the big yard. There is a smaller and more secure fenced area by the house though as well! They had a big supply of treats and toys, water available, poop waste bin, and a covered porch area for people to sit and relax while the dogs play. Yard was impeccably clean and lawn was very well manicured, with pretty flowering bulbs and trees.

What a wonderful spot and great hosts! Janice & Dennis were wonderful! She had lots of treats & toys for the doggies! (Water bowls & poop bags too, thank goodness because I forgot mine) The dogs had a wonderful time enjoying themselves looking around, sniffing around and running around. Beautiful place to walk and enjoy the beautiful weather! Will definitely be going back soon.

This was a really good experience for our first time booking!! My dog had a great time and didn’t even want to leave lol. The grass is cut and the yard is clean and spacious. I liked how the fence was really tall. There was water in a bowl outside which was nice and lots of toys for him to play with. There were chairs and a table which was even better. Also, the host responded very quickly to all the questions I had and was super friendly. Thank you Jennifer!! We will be back in the near future :)

The spot was great! Fully fenced as noted in the description, clean, spacious, and overall perfect for my two dogs. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful as well. The address is for a new neighborhood so it looks a bit confusing at first when putting it into your GPS, but Jennifer gave good directions and it was easy to find if you follow the GPS. Nothing to worry about and it’s a temporary thing anyway. My dogs had a great time sniffing and exploring and playing, and we will absolutely be returning 😊

Jennifer made my first experience very welcoming! My babies had such a great time exploring the yard and being able to run. Was pleasantly surprised to see she had toys and a big bowl of water ready for us. I felt completely at ease with the fully fenced in yard. Will definitely be back!
