Welcome! We are excited to share our yard with you and your dog! This is a 0.25 acre rectangle of flat land with lush cut grass. Bring your dog(s) to run, play or train. We provide dog water, a few toys, shelter and shade. There are cable spools, weave poles, a tunnel and a jump for your dog to use for confidence building and exercise! ❄️ During the winter months, please plan to bring water for your dog. There will be a bowl available for use, but any water left out will just freeze 🥶 FYI: we do live in a rural area, during hunting season you may hear gun shots in the distance. 🔥 propane heater now available for use in the fall and winter (out during milder weather as the tank freezes in severely cold weather). Please just turn it off when not in use to conserve propane.

Welcome! We are working hard to make our peaceful, quiet 12 acres into a beautiful park. You are welcome at any time, day or night, to walk, run, bike, ski or snowshoe with your dogs. We no longer have any pets-- no more dogs, horses, chickens, or other livestock. We are often visited by deer and groundhogs. Although we have 12 acres, the house and barn are in the middle of it, so you may see the house from many areas during your visit. Usually, we are working inside or we are away and we keep most of the curtains closed. We may use the driveway or receive a delivery. Future plans include clearing the West trails, planting more evergreens, and making an indoor play space in the barn. Our park will continue to improve -- it is a work in progress! We took lots of pictures and will continue to add them. We want you to know as much as possible about the site before you come here for your visit. We welcome your suggestions on how to improve.

The property is mostly wooded with some open field areas. There’s a trail system that is manicured and maintained as best as possible, but it’s not perfect, yet! The pond is a duck pond, my dogs will go in around the edges but rarely swim. I personally don’t like it but dogs will be dogs. There are domestic ducks who can out swim the dogs but please ensure they’re not chased on land. There are trash cans randomly and picnic tables scattered throughout- More will continue to be added. WiFi is currently being connected and should available throughout the property and trails. Pathway lights will be added. The trails can lead you to the highway border- It is fenced, there’s two spots along the trails to lower the fence and cross over and access the rest stop bathroom, vending machines, etc.

Wonderful half acre all fenced, mowed regularly no hazards. Would be great to bring along any training implements. Trash available at back side of building.

This is a backyard but also a full-sized baseball field. My dogs have been playing back there for years. The property is fully fenced in with chain link fence. The areas that backup to another yard are over 6ft tall. There is one strip of fence down the first base line that is about 3ft. All gates are closed and ready to entertain your dogs!

Fully fenced! Lots of sniffs to be had. On property: tennis balls, a hurdle, water bowl for dogs, a small picnic table, garbage pail for waste. Please use only the front yard, do not open the gates to the backyard. Have fun!

Spacious backyard with grass, some dandelions, a patio, and some chairs. There are a few trees for shade and a stick pile. Reach out with anything you need and I will make sure to provide the best I can for you and your pup! I hardly use the backyard at all except to add leaves or compost to the compost tumbler or occasionally to mow. That means it is all yours. This spot is definitely OPEN and no need to verify that with me beforehand. I will mark if it is occupied. Water spigot is outside of fenced area, on left side of house (viewed from street) near gas meter.

2.5 fenced acres with a picnic table. Wildlife in and around the park. Plenty of space for your pup to run around and play and you to walk if desired. We provide poo bags, trash, and a bowl if you bring water. Please pick up after your babies. Take the easement down from the cul de sac and parking is to the left of gate in yard. We have construction going on at the property about a few hundred feet away. Loud noises and/or equipment may be heard and or seen. Thank you!

Then this Sniffspot is the place for you! Your dog will have a blast sniffing all the wonderful smells of wildlife in our wooded backyard. It’s also just the right size for a fun game of fetch! Want to work on training a perfect recall or practice all those commands you’ve been working on with your pup? This is a great place for that too! Enjoy a beautiful walk on a network of trails that traverse rolling hills in and out of the forest. At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you. (We are currently expanding and connecting the trails, as well as clearing the views to the lake and river, so watch for some nice additions in the future.)

We have a large almost 1 acre fenced in backyard. Plenty of room for your pups to run around and get some energy out.

As the weather is changing and days are getting longer, we plan to stay open till 8pm or longer just depending on daylight. 🐶 If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place for your fur babies to play you have found the right spot. This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and almost 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have 2 huge tires and an A Frame ladder). Fully fenced yard, close to major roads. Get back to nature so close to the city. New for 2023 Agility equipment will be available for use. It is stored on the patio across from the doggie supplies. Enjoy running your pup through the tunnel or over the jumps and through the weave poles.
