This is a fully fenced (5' fencing) K-9 Agility park. There are a large variety of jumps, tunnel, weave poles, teeter, and Pause Table on premise. We have outdoor solar spotlights for after daylight hours use. With temperatures dropping into the 20's at night now, we have removed the hose station until Spring when it becomes warmer again. Please remember to bring water for your pups!! 💧💧💧💧 Poop bags, dog treats and tennis balls are provided. Off street parking on grass, parallel to the front fence. Bottled water, people snacks, hand warmers, chairs and table provided for humans. Dog treats, clean tennis balls, and extra poop bags in Rubbermaid bin under the table. We have enough parking for 3 vehicles along the front fence. Please keep vehicles down to 3 max. Thank you!!

Thank you for choosing our space for your dog to play! Our fully fenced in yard is a great spot for you to play and run around with your dog. We welcome any dogs who benefit from a separate, private space to run and play off leash. Whether your dog is better alone, anxious, dog reactive, or human reactive, we are happy to provide your dog with the individual space to enjoy themselves without the stress of a public , off leash dog space.

NOTE we have had a few recent issues with folks being sent to the wrong location while using Apple Maps. If you are having trouble locating us we suggest using Waze or Google Maps as an alternative. The driveway is well marked with Sniffspot signs. Fully fenced, lightly wooded yard, about an acre. Paths around perimeter and throughout. Barn with kennels in case you need to separate dogs or get in out of the weather. Plenty of shade. The property contains many boulders, tree stumps, logs and leaves for your dog to explore, and lots of room to run. Please wear sturdy shoes or boots and watch your step. There may be roots, rocks, holes or the occasional poop hiding under the leaves. Several of our guests have seen deer on the path to the SniffSpot gate. We strongly recommend keeping your dogs leashed until you are safely inside the fenced area.

We’re located on 1.85 quiet country acres just minutes from 395 North and South. We have an acre of that property fully fenced in. We have open space with sparse trees and several places for the hoomans to sit. There is a large dirt “dig spot” and agility tires for walking on or going under! In summer, w e have a small kiddie pool for swimmies and several bowls of drinking water. Larry the lobster is a whacky sprinkler that’s fun and refreshing to pups and hoomans!

We have a beautiful fully fenced in big backyard for you and your pups to enjoy. The front has 8 ft white privacy fencing with the sides and back using a black chain link 4ft fully enclosed fence. There is an exit door at the back and front. We have a back deck with sectional seating, gas fire pit, dining table and Blackstone grill for your use if you would like. There is an umbrella for shade as well as a wood fire pit in the back. We have a hose hookup and sprinkler as well. There are doggy bags in the wire basket and a pooper scooper by the stairs. Please use both and leave dog bags in the big green trashcan by the gate. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Located in a Quiet Neighborhood, lots of space for you and your dog to play, train and bond together, comfy seating arrangement for you to relax as well and enjoy the views. Usage may include, training space for reactive dogs, general play time, Dog Parties or any other legal use. We have different areas for smell and play (garden bed) Rough turf with spots for them to dig and lots of greenery to run and play! The lawn in our backyard is-well maintained without any chemicals or weed killers. We sanitize all dog toys often and sun dry!! Splash pad and water amenities and hammock will be available for use June 21st 2025 We also do doggy birthday parties with advance request upon availability.

Hello, and welcome to my private doggie and parent play yard. There is a rain water catch barrel system in place(seasonal)There is a garbage bin, rake and shovel to clean up any droppings. I have offstreet parking for your convenience. Pull into the driveway where you will see a parking sign. The gate is to the left of the garage.  you will see a sniff spot sign on the front lawn so you know you have found the spot. There’s an assortment of play toys, as well as an A-Frame agility ramp, hand sanitizer station and poop bags for your convenience. I’ve provided a table and chairs under a shelter for rest or relaxation. There’s a small trampoline and hoops (warm weather)set up. We have cold water upon request for $1 each in the extras section as well as doggie ice cream for $2.00 each, as well as many special gifts for your fur baby. Our yard is an open invitation, whether it's a game of fetch or a gentle roll in the grass. Fenced in backyard with bunnies, squirrels, and chipmunks for your dog to sniff out. We rotate out sensory stations and different obstacles and dog toys depending on the season and notice. We just added a dog rope tug that is attached to our tree! Feel free to message us and request something specific. We have sprinklers, kiddie pool, splash pad, mini-trampoline, a host of different balls, long lines, and enrichment feeders. We also have laminated games and tricks to teach your dog! Not all games and activities are out all the time to give dogs room to run! Request anything you want to see in specific. We have a poop scooper, first aid kit, toys for children, and a small trash can as well as water bowl at the ready and chairs for the humans. Gazebo is currently down because a storm broke it, but will be up again soon. Our gazebo and outdoor couch is back up and running. Feel free to uncover and use if you like. If notice is given we could set up an umbrella for extra shade extra chairs, water bowl, and or treats for dog. Check picture 5 for the toys that are normally out and require no notice: nerf dog flyer frisbee, Chuck it with different balls, jollyball (10”), Kong Twistz ball, small dog ball, spring pole dog rope toy, and, tennis ball launcher (football looking thing you step on). Please unplug pool drain when finished to save squirrel lives! :)

Welcome to our yard right in the heart of Wallingford! We have around 1/4 acre surrounded by a 6ft wooden privacy fence to keep you and your pups secure. For our furry friends, we have toys, water, treats, and open space to run! During the summer, you can have access to the water hose, if that is what your dog loves! For the humans, we have hammock chairs, a picnic table, and a covered patio for those hot summer days. Off street parking in a cul-de-sac neighborhood, without too many noises or traffic. Our landscaper will be by in the coming weeks with some fresh topsoil to fill in holes, level out the exposed roots around the tree near the gazebo and seed those areas.
