55Beautiful land, welcoming host and fully fenced! My dog really enjoyed the small water feature for splashing around, gathering sticks from below the big trees, and watching the horse from across the fence. We will be back!Allison A.

55This was our first time trying a sniffspot. Rick was a great host and all around super friendly. He welcomed us and showed us his fully fenced super large yard. There’s lots of room to run. The horses are chill with dogs. You might get a bit mucky in the winter, but it’s part of the fun. There are some big logs to climb on and trees to sniff aroundEliza F.

55This was a great Sniff Spot. My 2 year old lab had a blast and was so tired after exploring and chasing the ball. My 3 year old son also loved exploring the trees, seeing chickens and the horses. He did play in some mud which I welcome and we just cleaned up when we got home. The owners dog came by to say hello and was a complete sweetie!
It was wet (which is to be expected in the NW in winter) so I suggest bringing a towel or something to pat down your dog after.
We will certainly be going back! tiffany w.

55Beautiful large space great for fetch! The bottom half was pretty muddy from the rain we have had recently, but that’s to be expected and my dog enjoys playing in the mud. It also was more wet than actual mud. The trees and logs act as fun obstacle courses and they have a bucket of water and bucket for dog waste bags. Overall a great place and we will be back! 55This is the 3rd or 4th time I have been to this Sniff Spot. The hosts are great, the property is well fenced it has some woods mid way down the hill. There is a large level area toward the bottom of the property a good place to play fetch. I also let me dog explore which she always likes. I use this place to do some training off leash with my young dog as well as play. It is an excellent spotElyse C.

55The area is fantastically fenced, with beautiful, soaring evergreens. My pups were in heaven - happy as could be. There were even a couple lawn chairs and fresh water.
The owner greeted us and was very friendly and accommodating.

55My sighthound loved this spot. He had a blast sprinting through the lower grassy field which was covered with puddles from all the rain (my dog loves water so he had fun with that). Tons to sniff and he got to look at a horse which was in the barn. Easy to find and the fence is secure, so no need to worry about an escape that way. Isaak Z.

55Beautiful spot with good fencing. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful in helping get to know the space. My dog got to see horses and sniff them although there is a fence separating them. Also he got to wade in a pond.

55Rick was great, showed us around and was happy to see our three pups take off with zoomies! Plenty of room to let the pups run and a wood pile to work on a little confidence building. Our little 10 yo schnauzer mix is quite the mountain goat! Turns out our pibble likes to roll in horse poop but the horses were super chill in a separate area and when Archie barked at them they rolled their eyes at him and walked away. Will def be back!Ildiko C.

55This is a beautiful, completely contained space for doggy fun! Lynn met us at the gate to familiarize us with the space and was very friendly and welcoming. FAQ about our Newberg dog water parks
Are dog water parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars. If you are worried about whether you can have an enjoyable water experience, just know that it is possible to have peace of mind when visiting dog waterparks by following basic safety guidelines. Some great ways to stay safe around water with your dog include learning canine CPR and keep an eye on your dog at all times to ensure they are not distressed. How can I find the best dog water parks in Newberg?
How do I know if a dog water park works for my dog?
Start by applying basic filters, such as fencing and distractions, to find a dog park that works for your dog. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our fully fenced dog water parks. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our dog water parks where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. Make sure to review the amenities of the spot to see what kind of water features are offered to make sure it works for your dog. If your dog is not a strong swimmer, then perhaps choose a dog water park with tamer water features rather than a river or beach, for instance. We also recommend reading reviews and reaching out to the host with any questions, and of course, checking water park hours.
What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot water park?
We require that all dogs have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not allow dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules. Additionally, we recommend following our water safety guidelines.
Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot water park at the same time as me?
