IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD We have a half acre yard fully fenced with 7' plank fencing for both privacy and safety. Within this half acre, we also have a smaller 30x30' fenced area, which can be used to introduce two dogs safely before letting them have full run of the yard. This smaller fenced are is also useful if you are training dogs outside (which is how I myself use it, as I train dogs for a living!) There is some DIY agility equipment within the smaller fenced area - please do NOT let your dog urinate on the equipment! We have doggy bags located throughout the yard.

***Charges are in USD*** We at BHS understand that letting your dog run and play is so important! But some dogs aren't suitable for dog parks or social areas. Our private, fully fenced half acre yard is the perfect place to let your (reactive or otherwise) dog just be a dog and get some freedom! Please check in at the front desk to get the key to the yard, and clean up after yourself. There are water bowls in the yard, but please bring your own water. There are trees providing shady areas throughout the day. If bringing back the key when we are not open, please put it in the Mailbox, located beside our Front Doors. When we are open, our receptionists will gladly take the key back from you! All the fees go directly to the animals in our case, and we are a registered charity and no-kill shelter. Perfect play place for energetic small to medium sized dogs. Sit under a shady cherry tree, or an umbrella at our patio table and enjoy a soft drink or snack from our snack bar while pup enjoys a homemade healthy snack and/or plays in the fenced yard with water play, and provided toys. Nestled in the heart of our tranquil backyard, our pool offers a serene escape for dogs and their owners alike. Designed with love, it’s the perfect size for dogs of all breeds to swim comfortably and safely. The pool is equipped with easy-access steps. The deep end of the pool is approximately 5 feet deep and the shallowest part is approximately 3 feet deep. While your fur baby enjoys the pool, relax on our poolside loungers or on patio chairs shaded under an umbrella. Doggy lifejackets will not be available on site but it is recommended to bring your own. Please bring your own dog toys/balls and towels. Please note the pool is a chlorine pool. There is a hose available if you would like to rinse off your dog after swimming. We’d like to ask all visitors to please brush their pups before visiting the pool. It helps to manage the hair left over in the pool and for other guests experiences. Approximately 2,000 square feet of grass, bushes, and three large trees which provide lots of shade. Wooden patio area is covered by a pergola; with patio table and chairs available for your comfort. There is shade in this area and protection from light rain. Also: Power source available on patio table to charge your personal devices.
