Property is old farmland. The back fence is 6 foot horse fence and the front is 4 foot horse fence. There is a man door at the back of the property to use. Park on the grass on the outside of the fence. For sanitary reasons, please bring your own toys. Agility equipment is open for guest use. Tunnel will be set up depending on weather, as we don’t want it blowing away. 30lb weight limit for the dog teeter (seesaw plank)

Hi and welcome to our waterfront property where you and your pup/s can enjoy your no worry freedom! Yard is fully fenced and is sand so it's gentle on your pups paws. Lots of places for you to relax while your pup enjoys their time. And, if you both are up to it you can jump right on in to the water (seasonal) for a swim and to cool off. Note, we have a dog gate that you can add to the dock if you want to keep your pet away from the water. There is ample parking right as you pull up the the yard. We have some extra amenities for you too if you would like to take advantage of those. BBQ, Fire Pit, Outdoor Shower, Hose, etc. See additions and associated fees. Hello! We are 2 dog lovers looking to share our spot with you! We have 2 of our own dogs(both females) who love our big back yard and we hope your dog will too! Our dogs will be kept inside at all times while you are there. (You may hear them barking when you first arrive). -There is a hose and water bowl for your use, along with some dog ropes, balls, and bones. *We ask you to please pick up after your pet and keep our yard clean! Very relaxed atmosphere minimal traffic yard is a little over an acre three quarters of the way fenced in but will be fencing at least the back half of the property the rest of the way in with a gate. I'm currently still cleaning the property up and making it more scenic and more comfortable for all walks of life. Bear with me on Wi-Fi I am setting up my guest network now as we speak be a mobile hotspot basically. There is TV seating in my office in my garage you can also sit in the garage where it's cool plenty of fans and if you need mechanic work done on a on a whim I'm your man. I have a chocolate lab and two cats that can be put away if need be one inside cat one outside cat. Neighbors behind me have farm animals but they're all fenced in neighbors to the left of me have a German Shepherd but is mostly inside and unfortunately on a shock collar. Neighbors in front of me one has a dog a boxer that is only out first thing in the morning and in the evening when he gets home from work and that's it other neighbor in front of me does not own any animals. You can also go for a private walk and enjoy the country air we'll be making it more convenient and comfortable as time goes on I'm just starting thank you.

It is a fenced-in gated corrall located in the front yard. Approximately 1/2 acre to run around and play in. Seating is available.
