Tucked away and surrounded by a peaceful year round running creek, several mature oak trees providing plenty of shade and toys for you and your pup to have a fun adventure together without the distraction of other animals or people. We provide several seating options, a paddle board (seasonal), floaties (seasonal), cooler for drinks and food, toys, water (cold/hot/ice machine as well), water bowls, water shoes, doggie life jackets in varies sizes, doggie shampoo, natural bug sprays, doggie and hooman sunscreen, treats, a hose area to rinse off yourself and doggies, and a indoor bathroom. Our spot is meant for those who are looking to have a fun safe place to swim and play as well as those who want to enjoy some or all of the amenities we provide. Additionally our creek is not shared with any public access. The strip of land across the creek which is mainly covered in overgrowth of blackberries and trees is privately owned and fully fenced. No public access is granted there. Additionally during rattlesnake season it is always good to be aware of your surroundings no matter where you go, however we have not encountered any snakes on our property to this date. Our creek as well as many other play areas on our property is used safely daily by our 2 labs, 2 frenchies, kitty, family, friends and Sniffspot reservations*

Lovely manicured lawn, fully fenced, lots of running and playing room, dogs, who like to dig are allowed and there’s a great pool for swimming in in the summertime. I will provide fresh filtered water, dog, bowls, some toys and a cooler of waters for Dog parents . tables with chairs, a bench and more amenities to come.

Beautiful private pool/yard in West Sacramento. Equipped with a nice size Cabo ledge for easy entrance / exit to the pool. Comes in handy for older dogs or pups new to swimming. Hi Friends! Happy Spring we are back in the swing of it…looking forward to hosting you soon! Large fenced backyard with amazing pool for your furry friend. Option to add extras if you want to swim with your fur kids… Friends please send me a message ahead of time if you plan on swimming with your pups. While this is a dog focused activity I understand that timid or new swimmers may need in pool assistance and that’s no problem/no extra charge. On the other hand if you want to bring the fam/friends and swim laps with your pups and break out some pool floats there is an additional $10 charge. ***New policy change. All our SniffSpot funds are donated to PitCrew Rescue to raise money for a surgery that our foster dog needs. Our pool has been great for our dog after her TPLO surgery. I highly recommend water therapy for recovering from injuries. Our dog doesn’t like jumping in, so she uses the steps on both sides of the pool to get in and out. There’s a park across the street from our house with a public restroom. If you have any questions or requests, message me.

Fully fenced 1/2 acre yard with lots of maintained grass, tress and bushes; including a swimming pool. Additional 3 acres, non-fenced with pond and area to run free. Plenty of parking.

Fully fenced fairly flat with rolling hills for walking and running. Space has a few large open areas amongst forested areas with tall pine trees. Perfect for dogs that love to swim, run, play fetch and more. Terrain is mostly dirt with grassy patches and gravel roads. Therefore when it’s rainy please be mindful that it will be a bit muddy in spots. Space also has two ponds with easy accesible beaches for dogs to walk in and swim in. There is plenty of space to bring chairs and relax. We have a dog water bowl near the house that can be taken to any area needed on the property if the house is too far. Please note, we also have two dogs ourselves that are friendly but we will have them indoors whenever a guest books the spot, so you’re pups will have the place to roam by themselves. We also have cats that roam outside during the day so let us know if your dog isn’t good with cats and we can also ensure they are indoors. We work remotely so are typically home and free to help whenever needed.
